    @virginmedia Since moving to @virginmedia 2 weeks ago everything that could go wrong has, and no one at VM has taken resposibilty. I've raised a complaint and have been promised mangers would call but no one does. Just been on phone again, still problems and no help.... #virginmediadontcare

    @virginmedia Nope tried all that just get messed about. Upgraded package 2 weeks ago, been told I would get WiFi boosters and that I need a hub 5. Already have a hub 5 and been told on 3 occasions they. Netflix still doesn't work haven't had an activation email, its not on my virgin media app

    @virginmedia Why should I ring you - I end up suffering 40 minutes of dreadful customer service- a refusal to transfer to a manager to discuss a complaint and then a failure to call back to confirm resolution- then the night before installation a generic email rescheduling is sent @Ofcom
