Today's @virginmedia update... 9.46 I connected to the messaging service. At 10.48 I was put through to the correct department. Still waiting. 5.5 hours so far. Carrier pigeon may be quicker 🤔 So far over 3 days I have been waiting on their messenger thing for 12.5 hours.

@SophieEB @virginmedia Hello Sophie... As u r aware, I do RKG on Facebook.. I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

@virginmedia Service status shows no issues. I have tried resetting the hub and using that directly wired to my PC and speed test will sometimes show me the full sure I should be getting then within minutes it'll be down to less than 20mb sometimes it'll be KB. I do have an engineer booked.

@virginmedia The customer support and care is outrageous, I have been without wifi for 13 days. And every time I have called customer support they have just told me that you are ‘working on fixing the problem and my internet be back online the next day’…
