    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @deandunham @LBC Hello, just to say I had years with Virgin Media Dreadful service at the end yesterday Openreach turned working for sky on time and I can't thank them enough brilliant engineer very tidy and really helpful. Broadband is running smoothly.

    @virginmedia 48 hrs into 72 hrs promise for call from 2nd chance team..24 hrs to cancellation. Service has never been so poor.
