@virginmedia #rude #badservice Had Virgin broadband installed just to discover a better deal on money supermarket. Contacted them to ask if they would honour it and was refused point blank, told not to complain, wouldn’t put me through to the boss and wouldn’t give her name.

@virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@Birdybabe07 @virginmedia Bt, great deals atm. Once back on openreach network you can move around with over 50 companies. Once on virgin you can only use virgin. bt will happily re instal to get you back on openreach network. Unless you need business fibre...then I can provide or advise👍.

@virginmedia I would be happy to keep virgin, and that would be ok, and I would keep the same contract.. but it is you who can't provide service... How is it me ending the contract? How am I compensating you and not the other way around?

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as @virginmedia the sales team and the retentions team are fantastic and the product they provide is great when it’s working… but if something goes wrong and you need customer service. God help you.

@virginmedia We have had no wifi at all for a week, we are 3 students and all have work from home jobs. The cable outside was damaged. Someone came to fix that then he said someone else would be round on Tuesday to feed the wire back through to the house.

@virginmedia Completely impossible,it’s hooked up to one tv which is hanging on my wall,and I am not really in the mood for diy so you can say the tv is the problem. I can tell you it’s not as the ps5 subtitles work perfectly,it only happens on virgin. Apologies about putting my tv on a wall

@MonkeyBonus @virginmedia @premierinn ultimate WiFi is a joke, they really need to improve this, their bread and butter is business users, it's bad enough in 2022 they charge for WiFi but even worse that it's as reliable as a cheap umbrella in a hurricane.
