@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

Virgin media make me 🤬 Been with them for 6yrs (no other option in our flats), paid their extortionate prices & received pretty poor intermittent service. Moving house & they don’t supply our new area 🥳 but they would like to charge a cancellation fee of £30.38

@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia Unfortunately your colleagues on the phone / online support seem unable to accept that this is a recurring problem that isn't fixed by resetting the hub, and deeply reluctant to get someone out to look at the cable between the cabinet and the Hub.

@virginmedia An internal process review may be needed then to be able to update screens based on customer input rather than tell the customer they are wrong. Generally, we don't like that and go elsewhere at contract end time.
