@virginmedia are an absolute joke. Such poor customer service. Complaints not followed up, call handlers that clearly have scripts to read and can’t answer questions and then just end the call because they can’t answer the questions.

I'd like to thank @virginmedia. The fact that your new VO service is absolutely shocking, not user friendly and painfully slow, has luckily stopped me spending the £12.99 that my wife wanted to spend on "The Star is Born" PHEW!!!!!! Every cloud and all that.

@virginmedia That’s my issue. I took to Twitter as your call handlers CANNOT resolve my complaint. Your complaints process is shocking. You blackmail customers then do not actively respond to issues they raise.

@virginmedia We need an experienced engineer out to the house. The WIFI doesn’t work as usual despite it saying signal is good, the TV boxes installed last Friday - don’t work. Nothing works so we either need someone out ASAP or cancel the whole thing. Don’t seem to be getting anywhere
