    I'd like to thank @virginmedia. The fact that your new VO service is absolutely shocking, not user friendly and painfully slow, has luckily stopped me spending the £12.99 that my wife wanted to spend on "The Star is Born" PHEW!!!!!! Every cloud and all that.

    @virginmedia Ok, I hope roaming charges won't be back. When I get the chance to go abroad it's good to know I can use Google maps, call home and get help if I need something without the worry of expensive charges.

    @virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

    @sarahmiles82 @virginmedia Agreed. Never had a problem with them before. But when we moved last October the problems started, u just couldn't make it up. U can't ring them as they don't understand what tour telling them and they don't respond to their own online complaints system. #*****

    .@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

    @virginmedia Any connection, wired, 2.4ghz,5ghz, in modem mode, reset to factory, up side down, sideways etc But the “wait for30 days” is the biscuit :/ The engineer that set this up was excellent! Please send Tom back

    So you have sent me the Hub4 which now doesn't work with my WiFi pods @virginmedia keep getting cut off from your team. Nothing online about a fix. No signal upstairs now 👍

    @virginmedia I was meant to get a £75 voucher when I signed up, but haven't heard anything. It's near impossible to get in touch with you and I cba to call because that's always a horrible experience. Also, you're internet is proper useless a lot of the time. Sort it out pal

    @virginmedia Right, once again 15 hours no internet. This is getting beyond a joke now. Since February this has been going on, over 10 times ranging from 6hours, 12hours, 15hours!!! Why in the hell am I paying £45 a month for? The customer service is diabolical

    @virginmedia None. The issues is that YouTube had to re-issue replacement SIMS as the ones you originally provided didn’t work across all phones. Rather than wait for new ones to arrive, you have disconnected them!! So now we have no network at all! #WorstNetworkProvider
