@MarkFlannery19 @virginmedia @phonecoop Hi Mark. Tied into a contract for a year. Therefore they just play lip service to any problems. I used to have 100mbps and that was appalling so upgraded to 200 which is slightly better but never anywhere near even 100 coming into the house

When we went to renew they said the cheapest they could do was £67, until i put a complaint in and suddenly as we were gonna leave they managed to rangle the same deal for £27. @MammafulZo @virginmedia @skytv Odd, we have basic TV, phone line and 500gb broadband for £49 a month. Always worth speaking to retentions, you'll be surprised what they can offer you. As for the property damage that's definitely a no no on Virgins part and needs to be resolved
