@virginmedia I have spent 7hrs40mins today in a WhatsApp chat with your customer services trying to terminate my broadband and still haven't finalised it. I will be cancelling my DD as I am paid up until May 4th and your hub will be available for you to collect if you wish

@virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone

@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia Right. More issues yet again today. I have spoken with the call center who said they can't assist as there application is down. I am so cross with this service. There is apparently no complaints team either for me to speak to.
