@virginmedia Speak to them regularly. We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬

@Roaster323 @virginmedia FaceTime and WhatsApp are over 4G or WiFi anyway. This is for normal calls/texts when you don’t have any signal. I built my office with insulated floors/roof/walls which means it’s terrible for signal due to foil used on the insulation so at least this will resolve that issue

@georgiebingham It’s not just Sky, @virginmedia has had a stinker for weeks in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. It’s the worst I’ve seen it since I had it a few years ago, 100mbs should be the speed, yet the signal is in and out for weeks! But I’ve seen it’s not just me it’s the rest of the UK too

@virginmedia I complained of Internet outage and *** assured the problem was fixed, and was given double speed as an apology. Whilst this was a nice gesture, this catalog of errors has spanned in excess of 6 months now. No good having fast Internet when it doesn't work.
