@virginmedia hello! our wifi has been down all day. i factory resetted it, turned it on and off, checked if all the cables were plugged in etc. nothing. all the lights are green (there's the wifi symbol and two arrows flashing) and it's online - just not connecting. help

@virginmedia I’m getting constant connection issues with my iPhone & wifi at home. The only way around it is to turn off the wifi on my phone settings & then reconnect. Why is this?

Just had a random phone call from what I’m guessing is a telemarketing company on behalf of @virginmedia Offering me a deal. If it didn’t sound like a child sat in a cave , I wouldn’t have put the phone down.

@virginmedia Thats a bare faced lie I asked for help countless times. They did not resolve the issue. I was even put through to manager. I'm sure i was even charge for non emergency call to the police too. Call made when my stalker was visible through spy hole at my door No one cared/helped

@virginmedia my wifi and tv service is regularly unavailable overnight. Not everyone works 9-5! The new phone system you have switched me over to is less reliable. I pay 24/7 for your services, but do not receive a 24/7 service. #NotHappy

@virginmedia Manager had someone come out all they did was replace plastic cover on conduit which my staker had flipped off to access internet cable & phone wires. I had asked for them to be moved to ceiling level & housed in metal shuttering. Virginmedia never made them safe or me feel safer

@virginmedia Trying to sell that you keep people safe when you sell ex customers details and lie saying a debt is owing. Over 5 years I've not been a customer and closed my account in the correct time and did it over the phone with no bill outstanding you're all liars and thieves!

@leeg1903 @virginmedia Your not the only one, we swapped to @virginmedia and were promised double the speed for the same price. We have had nothing but issues with the internet dropping and being soo slow its unreal!
