    @virginmedia You put the prices UP and your service we get goes DOWN. How much are you knocking OFF our bills, after all there’s compensation when your trains 15 or 30 min late.

    @virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia Quite the worst customer contact centre ever. Website does not offer phone or email contact. Only way to get web chat is to go to complaints page. 1 hour to get a 1 minute task done. Deliberately cut off twice. #poorservice

    @virginmedia Yes. That isn’t the point though. Your website has no information about how to contact you. And your web chat takes 1 hour to do the task of reporting bad speeds. Your contact support needs vast improvement.

    Virgin media make me 🤬 Been with them for 6yrs (no other option in our flats), paid their extortionate prices & received pretty poor intermittent service. Moving house & they don’t supply our new area 🥳 but they would like to charge a cancellation fee of £30.38

    @virginmedia I went through trouble shooting online, got through to someone on the phone who basically did the same thing with no luck, no issues in my area but I can honestly say every afternoon around 6.10 it goes down as it has again tonight.

    @virginmedia Broadband is abysmal. 200mb. Price goes up all the time yet the signal gets worse. Can't wait till the end of my contract to swap provider. Literally sat in the room adjacent to the router and I get no signal.

    @virginmedia So again I am without a use able broadband service. The last engineer that came seemed to have sorted it, but paying for 200mb broadband and getting less than 2 on a bank holiday weekend is shocking. I think it may be time to view other offers.

    @virginmedia Booked an engineer, next available engineer is the 5th June which is pretty poor and what's the point in your staff on the phone? Useless and she basically said she could no longer help me as I've already booked an engineer.
