    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @TheRegister looks as if @virginmedia have a major outage affecting most if not all of Hampshire and into Dorset. Status page says all is good but tweets to them indicates otherwise.

    @virginmedia It is no good stating what we already know - ‘We are aware of a problem and our engineers are working to resolve it’ BUT what is the problem AND what is the time scale for resuming service. Keep customers informed!

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia had enough of paying £44.50 for internet that is terrible and goes down far too often. Either lower the price or I'm leaving.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia all I have requested is for my Virgin box to be moved from one place in the house to another. I have been passed to the house moving department, cancellations, technical team and now God knows who I am on hold to. The service has been awful.
