Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK Nathan, who handled my query via twitter and “owned” my problem and resolved it in a matter of minutes. None of this “I’ll send a message to the blabla team”. He did is there and then and kept me informed as he was doing it. If only Vodafone was like that all the time.
