    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK i find it absolutely astonishing that there's a global pandemic and you once again stolen money out of my bank account which is £27 and tgat is a 3rd of this weeks rent bang out of order you have now lost a customer

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK You cancelled this order and told me I had to re order due to the system error. This meant you did another check on my credit file and my credit has now gone down for the order to be cancelled again!! What ******** is going on? I was assured by Dalila this would not happen again!

    @VodafoneUK 19 hours of calls, driving to the store because of their mistakes. Gross incompetence on vodafones part. The phone has been sent to and back to the repair centre at least twice and all they've done is phone her asking for updates. lack of communication from them is terrible

    @VodafoneUK The battery life. No matter how fancy the phone, if you have work to do or are in an emergency with a dead phone & no power source, you're screwed. Knowing I can survive the day on a single charge is incredible!
