Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK I contacted Vodafone to see if they could matcha deal with iPhone 13 , 250GB data, unlimited calls/texts, on Vodafone. 2yr contract at £43 per mth. I was told no. Why can’t you match offers that are on your network?

@sibon_ollie @VodafoneUK Definitely leave. I was with them 20 years and the service in the last two years was horrendous. Didn't contact me once to extend my contract so clearly they're not interested in retention. Now I'm SIM only with O2 and you get endless freebies, especially if you're with Virgin.
