    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    Don’t use @VodafoneUK My son does £20 every month for a bundle. Yesterday the same. No bundle attached and now they won’t help. Absolutely selfish and cruel. No credit. No bundle. Absolute arseholes. Abhishek on chat is so rude too. 5 accounts and this is the thanks you recieve

    @VodafoneUK have had my phone disconnected for 30 hours that I’m aware of now. No warning to any restriction either. I have spoken to online team who fob me off with “it’ll be 24hours” Absolutly disgusted with the service. Maybe I’ll cancel the upgrade we’ve just done :/

    Close call tonight @VodafoneUK issue total internet wipeout. Many things to be reflected on from the supplier. Luckily back up and running albeit with a new phone number that wasn't expected.... Never seen the look of horror face from the kids when Netflix didn't work 😂

    @VodafoneUK So after 1 hour waiting for upgrade team. Logged out and chat disconnected. Dont know what has happened to Vodafone but it's not good. Never had this trouble last 2 upgrades but this time not good. Going to look elsewhere!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app doesn’t show any account info at all for the past month, at the top it says ‘error please retry’. I’ve done live chat and called but been told there’s no issue. Have tried reset and redownload.
