    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @VodafoneUK - home broadband down over 36 hours, report went in over 24 hours ago and no communication on an eta. I have stayed in all day waiting on a call I was promised. This is crap 'service'!!!!!!

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @jadesharp1992 @Courtneysteve98 @VodafoneUK My network three were offering me one and I would have received it the next day but I went out and bought one Sim free as I don’t like paying high monthly outgoings as I decided that this would be the year that I would say goodbye to 2 year contracts

    @VodafoneUK I realise that. But it means because we aren't supplied with 4G we don’t get the emergency alerts? Rather makes you feel the government can't be bothered with us rural populations...

    Has the #emergencyalert thing happened? My phone was switched on, signal was fine - no siren, no text. So if the balloon had gone up I'd be none the wiser. Comments @VodafoneUK? Is it because we only get 2G in this area of the #scottishhighlands?

    @VodafoneUK Can u justify charging £81 for a call to Australia in this day and age given I’m using Wi-Fi calling over your broadband? Would love to know how much your actual cost was? Granted I should have paid attention but as a loyal long time customer I’m hugely disappointed

    @VodafoneUK Did you not get an instruction from @cabinetofficeuk to send a message to everyone at 3 pm on 23rd April 2023. DT3 4AJ didn't get any message at 3 pm, because of your dire service @Ofcom
