@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

Fucksake @VodafoneUK trying to do a trade in for my old phone is a nightmare and now have to wait to re do it as you think my phone is damaged and there isn’t a single ounce of damage to it

@VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

@VodafoneUK It’s was a technical problem on your side where my SIM card was blocked or something, but they’ve sorted it out and switched me back on. Vodafone have terrible reception in LONDON! Crap 4G and crap customer service. I will be moving my families 5 contracts to EE in April.
