  @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  terrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
