  • NoEllis82 Andrew Smith (@NoEllis82) reported from Birmingham, England

Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DanielHawkes19 Daniel Hawkes (@DanielHawkes19) reported

@VodafoneUK In my advanced router settings, LAN port 1 is displaying 100mb. I am paying for 200mb. Please help

  • NicholasSalterx Nicholas Salter (@NicholasSalterx) reported

@VodafoneUK It doesn’t need to be private. Your systems are poor, one cannot logout of account so another account can be logged into. All one can do is wait a day or so for cookies to expire

  • Cule75Cule Christopher Cule (@Cule75Cule) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@VodafoneUK I don’t have time telling your company time after time the issues only to be told they have actioned my request and the router sent!!! It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

  • RacerShaun Shaun (@RacerShaun) reported

@VodafoneUK Maybe you should be putting more effort into fixing your customer account app which is still not working after 2 days, can’t call unless you want to wait 4 hours in a queue! My contract is up this week and lots of choice

  • pompeyhedge ed francis (@pompeyhedge) reported

@mike_brimson @VodafoneUK Same. It's utterly useless, pretty much like everything Vodafone related. Tobi doesn't even recognise my number to help. So glad both my contracts end soon.

  • ScottTravis86 Scott Travis (@ScottTravis86) reported

@VodafoneUK The router is clear of obstruction, but cannot be relocated as there is only one phone socket. The issue is the same in all rooms. All of our previous routers have been in the same location, but this is the worst we've seen the poor wifi problem 😔

  • _princ3t0negirl F (@_princ3t0negirl) reported

@VodafoneUK i am ******* sick to death with your ****** network wtf am I paying for I can’t wait for my contract to finish so I can **** off from your incompetent waste of space company ARGHHHH

  • Nice1Nicky Nice1Nicky (@Nice1Nicky) reported

@VodafoneUK what is going on in SE11.I am supposed to be starting a new account and my router won’t accept the password.Very angry and not happy at all…useless online service tbh.

  • arilambotruck Arii😝😝 (@arilambotruck) reported

@VodafoneUK I can’t do that because my number has been changed over to EE. EE said they would cancel the contract and change everything over, but they didn’t do that, then I got an email saying my account is overdue. I just want to cancel the contract, please help me

  • DampQuiche285 Rob Fullard (@DampQuiche285) reported

@VodafoneUK I've sorted that but found an issue. One of the contracts seems to be in contract until Jan 2023. But the device contract would've run out maybe 18 months ago. How is it tied into a contract. Surely it should've gone month to month ages ago.
