    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    @VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

    Nice to see that @VodafoneUK have increased the cost of my mobile phone plan when most are bending over backwards to help their customers through these uncertain times .... cheers for that, I’ll remember this when my contracts up in November #timetoswitch

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    @bilies @VodafoneUK I have had problems with my contract since August 13th & all because I was sent the wrong phone by mistake. Only resolved this month. Been a customer for over 20 years and I didn’t get a free gift.

    @VodafoneUK your technical support team is an unprofessional none English speaking waste of time. Barriers to resolving anything, hang up when you show the slightest bit of annoyance and all just to get an email for the bb outage in my area Ridiculous service. Voda don't want FTF

    @VodafoneUK Can you ask someone to call me? Accessories are only available if someone calls back from customer service centre. I requested a call and website says within the hour you’ll be called. Ehhh, no. Not happened 😰
