  • BeckyLongArms Rebecca Taylor (@BeckyLongArms) reported from Cofton Hackett, England

  • Goravbhardwaj Gorav Bhardwaj (@Goravbhardwaj) reported from Willenhall, England

So frustrated with #vodafoneuk customer services. I called them so many times to sort out my home broadband billing issue but I’m not getting anywhere. Never ever get home broadband with #vodafoneuk

  • ramRAMir Ram 🐏 (@ramRAMir) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK hey. We are all working from home and we dont have stable connection. We are wasting our money for your poor services 😒

  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@paulwrightyboy @O2 Problem is, I don’t think any network is working...@tescomobile and @VodafoneUK also having same issue in my house...had no signal for weeks now

  • robbiederby Robin Palmer (@robbiederby) reported from Birmingham, England

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

  • MarkBradburn3 Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England

Because @VodafoneUK I am a customer you will be losing. So can someone with common sense sort this out ASAP

  • ramRAMir Ram 🐏 (@ramRAMir) reported from Birmingham, England

During this period of time i can say that the service of @VodafoneUK is very unreliable!!!

  • ibaird73 Ian Baird (@ibaird73) reported from Aldridge, England

@VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

  • aforknall AForknall (@aforknall) reported from Birmingham, England

@danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

  • MarkBradburn3 Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK shocking, no customer service. Emailed CEO Nick Jeffrey & his CEO team also not helpful. Woeful from the top down, cannot resolve a simple issue.

  • s_badruddin B' (@s_badruddin) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK just to let you know you have some shite coverage in Birmingham! Barely get any 4g and constantly battling on a one bar network 🙃

  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@paulwrightyboy @O2 @tescomobile @VodafoneUK I’ve raised this issue with both networks, collectively they don’t give a toss, this is the problem

  • MarkBradburn3 Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England

And @VodafoneUK even your CEO complaints department agreed on a recorded phone call that it was ridiculous l, but it’s process. Well here’s an idea look at the process and think of the customer maybe.

  • DrJonathanCox Dr Jonathan Cox (@DrJonathanCox) reported from Birmingham, England

Anybody considering @VodafoneUK as a broadband provider. DON’T!! They are absolute crap. Several phone calls and wasted hours and it still doesn’t work. Total waste of money. @MartinSLewis @BBCBusiness

  • dazbaggie81 Daz Breckell (@dazbaggie81) reported from West Bromwich, England

Nice to see that @VodafoneUK have increased the cost of my mobile phone plan when most are bending over backwards to help their customers through these uncertain times .... cheers for that, I’ll remember this when my contracts up in November #timetoswitch

  • JamieHand101 Jamie F'N Hand (@JamieHand101) reported from Birmingham, England

Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

@VodafoneUK @NHSuk I would call you, but as i've ran out of minutes you'll suspend my service if i do. Thanks.

  • FieldingCarl Carl Fielding (@FieldingCarl) reported from Doncaster, England

@hilt_s @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a shower of shit. Good luck on cancelling with them ... I kept getting letters that I owed money after paying my outstanding bill. They are terrible to deal with! @VodafoneIN shower of shit

  • glennworth Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England

@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

  • ellefoxo Elaine Matthews (@ellefoxo) reported from Shaldon, England

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

  • NoEllis82 Andrew Smith (@NoEllis82) reported from Birmingham, England

Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

  • 20plenty1865 Cassius Edwards (@20plenty1865) reported from Doncaster, England

@VodafoneUK so you’ve decided to alter the terms of my contract midway through and change the agree Bill and up it by 2.5%.this is bad enough anyway let alone during this crisis. Rest assured at the end of my contract I’ll be leaving Vodafone after 20 years. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • sarah_1307 sarah martin (@sarah_1307) reported from Gateshead, England

@VodafoneUK @NHSuk As an nhs worker who's just recieved a text from you saying my service may be suspended due to my bill being higher than usual i'm not feeling very #connected

  • antwigan Ant (@antwigan) reported from Ormskirk, England

@VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

  • Liamineson Liam Ineson (@Liamineson) reported from Dewsbury, England

Thanks for the help @VodafoneUK oh wait.... no u just left me hanging!

  • GMac1985 Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal
