@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

@VodafoneUK Please send me a copy of your complaints procedure. I have been on live chat since 20:44 and have just been logged out for the third time, despite sending message at least once every 2 mins. The latest in a long line of problems - a complaint is going to OFCOM.

@VodafoneUK When my dad had his phone stolen today he contacted Vodafone webchat to upgrade. I was nervous he would be overwhelmed by the process but I am so grateful he got through to Gemma who normally works in the Sunderland store. Super amazing service pls pass on my thanks!
