    @VodafoneUK I’m currently a sim only customer with 49 days left on my current contract. I’m eligible to upgrade with yourselves but I would like to move to Voxi. Will you charge me anything to move to Voxi now or do I have to see out my Sim only contract with you?

    @VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

    @VodafoneUK So after yesterday and speaking to an advisor who we thought was really nice and said she would call my wife today at 11am to sort out her upgrade issues we’ve heard nothing. So now my wife has been lied to 3 times on the phone and also been called moody because she’s pregnant...

    @VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, seems crazy that I can keep my number moving to a different network but can’t keep it if I stay taking out a brand new contract! Might want to consider ensuring upgrade deals are as good as brand new deals. Seems loyal customers being penalised with worse upgrade deals

    @VodafoneUK hey, what's going on with the coverage in B90 postcode of late? Struggling to get anything good on 4G. Used to be decent coverage, now it's quite frankly crap! Getting between 0.70 and 2mbps! Paying £30pm for thin air!

    @VodafoneUK Lol 68 calls , over three weeks. Three handset. One returned and one faulty. And no your resolve via customer services is you still can’t reconnect my number let alone Cancel order that I’ve just received. Thanks. Thanks a lot !

    @VodafoneUK I can’t purchase any additional data as a one off. Every time I do it just says “thanks for requesting this!” And never actually gets put on. I have tried in the app and through the website

    @VodafoneUK starting to get pretty damn sick of Vodafone now. Always laid my bills on the 10th and Vodafone decides to take £30 out today, when all I have in the bank is enough to pay my car insurance. No warning that a payment was coming out today or anything. Just taken. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Sent DM got auto response on nothing to do with my issue, shambles, tried to upgrade on app, rhen asked me to call to complete order, cant get through at all, can I ask are you doing all you can to stop customers staying ..the way you treat customers is unbelievable
