Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

@VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

@BBCNews @BorisJohnson @vodafoneUK need to be investigated and fined for deliberately lowering Broadband Speed who are on old tarrifs of 67 to 35MB they are breaking the Law! They have no customer service in UK you can only speak to people in India and Egypt who will not help you

What should happen: Customer places order (> 2 week FTTP installation wait) -> @VodafoneUK contacts @OpenreachHelp -> Vodafone polls OpenReach regularly -> Vodafone tells customer if order has been cancelled.
