They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.
