    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK Average rated network and was warned off joining them, but not had an issue with them, cheap as chips, an easy to use app and customer service that actually helped me get a better deal on their upgrade! Thanks @iDMobileIreland

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for the response Adam. I’m afraid you lost me as a customer years ago. I’ve got a business account with EE with 3 handsets and mobile WiFi and I’ve never had a problem! I recommend EE to everyone.

    @VodafoneUK Disgrace! List of errors with them a mile long over last 2 years. Now they have the audacity to charge late fee as I couldnt get through to pay my bill last month for 5 DAYS ON THE TROT! Their error & they wont remove it. Well Im not paying it! Zero customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Worst company ever! Half an hour on the phone to them & they refuse to remove the £5 late fee I was charged because I COULDN'T GET THROUGH FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS to pay them! So yet another problem to add to the list with them. Well I'm not paying it! Total disgrace!

    @VodafoneUK The issue was not resolved. I was officially disconnected for 49 minutes and was constantly told I have lost my number. I then had to call from another phone to sort out your mess. This cost me in excess of £40. Why should I have to pay to sort out your mess.

    @VodafoneUK disgusting service from you guys. Never shown would I use Vodafone. I called for a pac code and they disconnected my line instantly. Then told me I will never get my number back. Complete incompetence. #ofcom #which cost me £40 to rectify your issue

    @VodafoneUK 7.30pm - no attempt to take a second payment direct debit set up so we try to pay direct - our account is charged twice even tho we are told payments are failing . 6 phone calls and a lovely operator, very polite who struggled to spell ‘Mike’ didn’t help much at all

    Get your finger out @VodafoneUK the service our business account is getting is absolutely appalling. 54mins on the phone with no reply and 46mins online chat with an operator who seems to be handling multiple customers and only coming back to me every 3 mins on av.

With my internet they sold me the new service. let me cancel my other contract. now are telling me the network isn't ready and I'll potentially have to wait weeks. Id be less upset if I hadn't specifically called to ensure that it was going to be seamless.

    @Green_AJ @VodafoneUK I've spent 4 hours over the last 2 days trying to understand when they'll install my new internet service, Apparently they just canceled my order without letting me know. Would be fine if they hadn't told me to go ahead and cancel my @virginmedia broadband.
