Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK , was running 5th in a league race then it cuts out and I finish out of the points. Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

@VodafoneUK worst possible customer service, have been waiting for a refund of £425 for over two months! Have called approximately 15 times and have waited on average 1 hour, only to speak with unhelpful customer support. I can’t count the number of hours that I have wasted!
