Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK @EE They knew i was misadvised and I spoke to someone called Abraham, was on the phone for 1hr 17 mins and 26 seconds, on hold for 20 mins and no one called back, and now waiting to get through to someone for 55 mins after being told the queue would be between 5-9 mins what a #fail🙈

@VodafoneUK I received an SMS that my business plan has been upgraded. I didn’t even ask for the upgrade. I’ve been on hold for 30mins to get through to customer services.
