    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK Technical team telling me to take sockets off the wall using a screw driver! Sorry absolutely not. Your internet isn’t working and you’re trying to blame people’s connection or asking people to trouble shoot. How about you fix the problem seen as I pay for this service!!!
