    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’m trying to upgrade my plan but your shops say they can’t do it because I get #nhs discount. Your online site fails at basket stage. Your chat advisors have cut me off twice after I’ve hung on for 35 minutes to speak to them, please help me.

    @Dcwt2010 @VodafoneUK It's a joke. Since 'upgrading' to the most expensive package my 4G ALWAYS runs at less than 1mbps, yet on my old tariff I got 30mbps. And the 5G is awful, when it works. Throttling, and blatantly so.
