Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK disgusting company stealing money from my bank account. They changed my agreed contract without my permission and started charging for phone calls and extras..30 phone calls later still not fixed and still taking money...customer service is a disgrace!!! THIEVES

@VodafoneUK I have tried several times with your technical support team to simply unlock my old phone from a Vodafone network and every time it has failed. Been trying to do this since Xmas with you. Absolutely disgusting.

@VodafoneUK you are a class act. Not content with keeping me tied to a contract I was mis-sold for two years. You also won’t let it be cancelled 6 months after the end date. I have tried repeatedly to cancel since then, but I kept getting passed to another agent.

Disgusted at @VodafoneUK , rejected my new phone contract and won’t tell me why. @CPWTweets told me Vodafone would explain cause they didn’t know and @VodafoneUK is blaming carphone warehouse. Advised me to check my credit when I’ve never had debt in my life.

Trying to fix my @VodafoneUK broadband and the call centre is absolutely useless. 2 engineer visits and 2 no shows without any explanation. Zero help from clueless staff. Losing the will to live.
