    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Every week I get a letter to “The Occupier” from @VodafoneUK telling me how good their broadband is and to switch to them. Thanks for the info but I’ve been your customer for 18 months, you’re literally wasting paper.

    @VodafoneUK I am unable to send a private message, the link takes me to an automated chat function. I am again without internet and a customer service representative hung up when we called today to see why are we again without internet.
