    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to a lady who said it was an external fault after 40 minutes and then 2nd line support fixed it within 2 minutes of coming off the phone….it wasn’t an external fault at all or a copper wire issue or a fault with my old aging equipment

    @lucylux89 @VodafoneUK Actually, first call through was really quick. Now finding myself on a 2nd call as I deal with the online upgrade with the special offer made via email, but on hold, but wasn't for long. To be fair, support is great and have been really helpful today.

    @RobaFett1898 @VodafoneUK Same here, gfs on EE and don't have many issues, I on the other hand on Vodafone, have constant issues with poor signal, reception. I'll be leaving Vodafone for EE next week once my phone arrives, and I'm out of contact too, plus I got a cheaper deal with EE

    @StephenFDewar @VodafoneUK Same mast problem on O2 by the way too so don’t switch thinking it will be better! Latest update from O2 is fix by 28th Feb but then the date just gets pushed back every week.

    3: So in summary a: @VodafoneUK think I am a credit risk and b: my pay monthly service was essentially held to ransom until I made a prepayment. I am sure that this is all allowed for within the small print of the contract however alongside the extortinate US call charges

    @VodafoneUK wifi been down all day, after an hour on the chat saying it may take 1-2 hours to work it's self out after reconfiguring it. 7 hours later, still nothing. This is my first day as a customer 🤔 not best pleased with the service so far.
