Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Or you could just end the contract on the date it is due to end. The fact you charge customers for giving you too much notice is ridiculous. I would also get charged if I cancel too late. How can there only be 1 exact date someone can give notice to cancel without getting charged

@VodafoneUK Drop you a DM so you can reply in another 24 hours? I have spoken to number of people, I was also sent a new SIM card to which the service has not improved. I would love to cancel my contract. Only 3 months left to go. Ask your cancellation department to cancel it and issue PUK

Raised a complaint with @VodafoneUK over 10 days ago and I have been told on 3 separate occasions that I'll get a call back in 24,48 or 72 hours. The CS has been very disappointing considering I have 3 mobile contacts on the go. 💩🏆
