    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Dad is over 80, at risk & trying to follow Covid guidelines. He finds ordering online via his mobile tricky because his hands have a slight shake + mobile connection is poor. @VodafoneUK told him it'll be next Monday before any router news. Any ideas how to get him online? 2/2

    @VodafoneUK for thé second time in 30days i have no service, last time was 5 days and now I’m on day 8. Even friends I have working within the company don’t know how to help... can’t you aspire to be more like @EE

    @VodafoneUK are there broadband problems in E8, London ? Connection keeps dropping, not ideal when I have multiple zoom meetings

    @VodafoneUK I'll DM you so we can be more detailed but his mobile reception is really flaky - he has to sit in awkards spots in the house like by a window ledge - so even if he's with Vodafone a hotspot wouldn't help.
