Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK @BBCNews Avoid the company they charge £47 month for broadband then can't provide it, switched and now facing early termination fee £201.03 for service they could not provide. CEO doesn't reply it's someone on behalf them. #SCAM #vodafoneuk #worstcompany
