Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Since the 3rd I’ve been paying @VodafoneUK for a contract I can’t even use because their replacement sims haven’t activated. ******* sick to death of this network. You’d think it was my fault my phone was stolen.
