Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Four weeks still no wifi and @VodafoneUK don’t help. They just keep promising it’ll be turned on. They reply on here by DM every 24 hours, Someone different each time. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. #wifi #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK What's happened to your service in EX15 2 and EX15 3? There is no data, or it's very slow. Phone says 4G and good signal.
