    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK But you are not able to support your current job customers who are paying a lot more and you refuse to find a solution with getting really slow speeds and therefore customers cannot work. SO STOP LYING TO NEW CUSTOMERS.

    @VodafoneUK I haven’t had a phone number since Thursday as my esim didn’t transfer to my new phone. Can’t access any of my accounts without a phone number to authorise logins. Customer Services don’t know how to sort. Please can you advise how to resolve?

    @VodafoneUK Sent a few. Still no reply. Ended up calling again. Only took an hour to get through. Still wasnt resolved so i used the online chat. Takes 5 minutes to answer each reply. One simple question took 50 minutes to resolve simply because the replies are so slow. So so painful.

    @VodafoneUK My initial tweet was a thank you for the sms text message alerting me to the problem & after the fix. I signed up for the service, it was nice to be notified. But as i said before airplane mode for at least 10 mins or phone restart after 10 mins fixes the issue sometimes.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. Yesterday evening the data connection went down to below useless levels in the BS226DN area. Seems like too many users in the area not enough capacity on the network to me, your network needs upgrading with double or more capacity perhaps?

    @VodafoneUK please explain your call back service. I have just telephoned your bereavement service and asked for the call back service. When the call came I was back in the original queue and so still had to wait for an operator to take the call.
