Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

You have to laugh @VodafoneUK who have taken out money from my daughters account for a new iPhone 6 weeks ago yet have had delivery issues apparently and can’t deliver it… 3 delivery date have been given yet no phone… quick enough to take the money though !! #timetoleave

@VodafoneUK so despite my attempts to cancel the contract and phone I received an email saying they are delivering it today to cap it all DPD have been to the wrong house and then said I wasn’t in. What an utter farce

@VodafoneUK ordered 2 upgrades on black Friday. 8 hours on hold and finally 2 calls order supposedly picked and ready to collect by dpd. I even tried to cancel but can't you apparently have no way of doing this once *picked". Shocking service for a 30yr customer.

@VodafoneUK I been in contact about 4 times in the past week, I’ve been told next day, then told I was lying basically by Damian, then I sorted the issues of refunds as I paid extra to flexi upgrade early with a nice lady but no idea or when a phone will come!!!
