Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Whatever you do, want or need, never try and call @VodafoneUK as they are always really busy, regardless of the time of day or night. Happy to take your money but not able to serve their customers. Ever.

15 days now waiting for @VodafoneUK to dispatch a phone they say they have in stock. Customer services have been shocking and constantly tell you porkies. Keep adding credits to my accounts. How about I don't care about credits and actually want the order and no lies.
