The only option is to call, as I don't have a phone this is also impossible. It is disgraceful that this isn't working in a time of emergency.

Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.
