Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Every time @VodafoneUK gets some underpaid undertrained Geordie to phone to ask if all is ok (it's not), it makes me sad we can't chat because for 6 months the signal has been so crap at my flat/office. I want to give them a 5 Star review for a bonus, but we never get that far 😞

@VodafoneUK Help me Vodafone. Long standing customer. 20+ years. I do NOT want promotional texts AT ALL. Is that too much to ask? I keep asking. Still get texts. Can’t you just leave me alone. It’s counter productive. I am less likely to remain a customer if you keep sending useless texts.

@VodafoneUK Have dialled 2345, 3 times just incase, and there is nothing at all about cancelling an automatic top up! There was no human contact and no "press no. so and so" to sort it. AND have to call her bank 🧐 to press this and that, then get passed to another country! Need help now.

Lastyear I paid £10 to receive a nhs discount on my @VodafoneUK bill, randomly may 2020 they stopped it.. so I’ve had no discount on my bill since then surely I am owed a £145 pound refund or credit on my account as I paid for this service 🙃 why am I having to fight for this?!?

@gavwilson1980 @VodafoneUK Hey, I'm with Vodafone and having the exact same problems, outlook and banking apps won't open. My phone is also having difficulty with my thumb print unlocking so I have to put pin number in. Please help!
