Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK please please please stop using DPD as a courier service! It makes a mockery of ‘next day delivery’! Almost impossible each time not to have to wait for a second day delivery and makes your service look bad as a result.

@SteamboatJimmy @VodafoneUK Such a shame Three signal is so bad for me. I’m currently paying £13 (shortly going up) with Virgin 46GB per month and they use Vodafone signal. 12 month contract

@VodafoneUK Need to speak to someone regarding a business cancellation. Impossible to get through, regardless of what options I select. Web chat is to busy and doesn't work. Requested two call backs, but nothing! Please advise??

@VodafoneUK Wow, so so bad. Went to start work this morning - no Internet, seems someone has cancelled my BB - not me - but no info of who or how - regardless of me still being in contract and having paid for it. Been told it's 2 weeks to re-provision. Awful service, awful.

@VodafoneUK Can you please clarify how gigacube would resolve my problem? I have broadband but no phone signal. I already use WiFi calling, but have been told by your colleagues that SMS over WiFi isn't supported for my phone. Does the gigacube provide a mobile signal where there isn't one?

@VodafoneUK Now it's asking me to insert a mobile stick? Is this a wind up? Either fix it or it's cancelled in the morning. Not paying for no service.

@VodafoneUK since it's impossible to get through to you on chat or phone and you don't reply to complaints portal. Here I am... again, ref 18805839 @MoneySavingExp What do you do when a major business completely fails customer service wise? No internet for 3 days... AGAIN

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK @stevelitchfield Try forcing the phone into 4G mode? Could be getting a lousy 5G signal ... I'm guessing, as I've tended to be fairly lucky with signal.
