Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Hi Mo, ok, so I just select"I want to move from Pay as you go to Pay monthly" and complete the form? There is no reason to obtain a PAC from Voxi? Will this also cease my service with Voxi and no further payments will be taken? Thanks

@VodafoneUK It's not come through as a text itself; it's a service message I think, like when you send settings? It doesn't appear in my messages. I'm guessing that could be a way they're trying to get around anything the industry's put in place?

@VodafoneUK sometimes my phone won’t connect to a call when it comes in, I’ll answer, it’ll be silent and then after a few seconds it beeps and the call ends. Happening with far too many calls but not every call. Missed an important doctors call today. Any help?

@VodafoneUK I get at least 3 of such texys every week. Sometimes I am getting something from Amazon or DHL or even Royal Mail. But never opened any of them.

@VodafoneUK worst customer service ever. Disconnected my account 1 month early and it'll take 2 weeks to get back up and running! Useless. So I'll get one week's use. Utter rubbish.

@VodafoneUK do you think it’s ok to take money out of my account, then say you’ll credit it as you made an error and never bother? 17 phone calls later and still nothing… can’t even get through on the phone as well… 1hr 51m later still waiting.
