Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Ok thanks. These don’t show on the map and you said on Saturday there were no issues. SO again, please can you feed back to the appropriate team. I’m very tired and frustrated of the poor Vodafone signal wherever I go.

@VodafoneUK That’s the message I’ve been getting since yesterday & only in the last hour has it changed to ‘undergoing maintenance’, so clearly there’s been an issue for quite a while but no one bothered to change the service message. Thanks for responding

@turpywurpy @VodafoneUK fun fact: many years ago I was with Vodafone and my service stopped working. When I called them to find out more, I was told that I was paying to have access to the network but was not guaranteed that the network would in fact work and provide me with access to calls etc.
