    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @SkyUK Go with @VodafoneUK. Sky call theirs "superfast broadband" it's their lowest speed option, poor speed and unreliable. Moved to Vodafone, guaranteed 65mbps tested the other day I'm at 80mpbs compared with Skys "superfast" 30-35. Oh and @VodafoneUK is around £14 cheaper p/m

    @VodafoneUK Guy I spoke to yesterday clearly couldn’t be bothered. Terrible customer service from Vodafone and not keeping up to their promises. I’ve said I’m more than happy for the call to be listened to but even so you can’t do the deal anymore as it isn’t on your system!
