  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the exact same experience. When cancelling everything after my uncle's passing, they were all amazing besides virgin who were quite terrible. I'm sorry for your loss

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the exact same issue. I cancelled a mobile WiFi contract when moving home after uni, the agent on the phone confirmed my contract was cancelled and then when I started checking my credit score I got the shock of a lifetime!

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Imagine destroying someone’s credit over a contract you cancelled yourself. That’s not customer service, that’s a side quest.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Friend of mine had the same with the heartless *****. She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Good luck ans sorry for your loss xx

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  @VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.
