    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @StoneAlun @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards

    @VodafoneUK crap Vodafone not working again in my area after months of complaints and being told work was being done on masts it was half decent for 6-8 weeks now again zero or 1 bar worst network in the UK! Can’t wait to leave
