Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom I've logged the complaint about @VodafoneUK and will raise that we are seemingly at deadlock now as they cannot fix the problem. Now on Day 6 of no service.

@VodafoneUK hello, if I used my PAC to move to another network but cancelled that contract before the 14 day cooling off period do I need a new PAC code or can I use that one again?

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I have arranged the return. It took a 56min chat session! Total of my time at least 100mins. This is the worst return process I have had in years. Why don't you make it easier. Have a web page where I can request an authorisation, like other companies.

@VodafoneUK Get charged for calling some people in group. Got money back and told fixed but wasn't. Been told getting looked into been over a week tried to make formal complaint but they don't put it through

@badmissk @VodafoneUK We were already registered. We’ve had to turn the phone off now. Not that we ever really used the landline anyway because the sound quality is so bad. But when you are worrying about elderly family members it is really not good to have dozens of incoming calls

Trying to get in touch with @VodafoneUK for 2 simple questions during the pandemic is near on impossible! Any chance of a DM ive more chance of speaking to a human instead of silly BOT and being cut off the automated service 🙄
