    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK Hi As a customer of 10+ years tried to upgrade. Was told your #BlackFridayDeals we're 'out of this world' but sim only deals were far better for new customers. No reward for loyalty. So I'm off elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK been attempting to send a iPhone14 back whilst in my cooling off period as it is the glorious offshore centres have refused me the right to send it back or send a re-placement due to COVID reasons but they have sent me a SIM card 🙈 absolute disaster of a network
