    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK yet again piss poor from your company, new phone not working, 24 hrs with no working phone and your company hasn’t got a clue . To be told go into store as can’t do nothing on line, I show you that after 30 year I’m off to another shop to do business as you care

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    Hi @VodafoneUK if it’s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.

    @VodafoneUK Having shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Son has returned from Australia and PAYG sim doesn't work. Say they can't help unless phone is with me! Ridiculous!🤬
