Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@BBCNews My mother has been subject to a phishing SMS which is related to a data breach at @iD_Mobile_UK over the weekend. Despite informing iD on Saturday and again this morning, they have not prevented her mobile number being ported to @VodafoneUK. iD customer service abysmal!

@VodafoneUK Had broadband set up yesterday and still have no internet access. White light still flashing. Trying to run a business from home. Left the old provider because it was useless and this is not the best start! Help please. Thanks
