Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Hello, been a customer since 2000/1 ( first mobile phone ). I’m also enjoying @GBNews If you pull advertising and effectively contribute to “cancel culture” I couldn’t in any conscience remain a customer.

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 If you decide on woketariat rules, rather than business sense, my entire family will cancel our personal and biz agreements with you. A warning. PS the right thinking folks of the UK have a little more cash than the Leftwaffe

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I called to ask for me PAC code to change my contract. Your staff asked why, after years, I would want to leave. I said "you don't want my business. I watch GB News." She said it was just a temporary thing to let the fuss die down. I said "I don't do business with cowards".

@FaithlessHarpy @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS I tend to agree with you - I’ve watched quite a bit of it and I’ve not personally found any of the content questionable from a standards POV. However, FWIW, I wouldn’t advertise with them. 1) ads aren’t full screen 2) technical quality is severely lacking 3) ratings are bad.

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 TV station fighting cancel culture gets cancelled by advertisers after pressure from customers threatening to cancel their phone contracts if the advertisers don't cancel their ad contracts. Final poof that cancel culture "definitely* doesn't exist.

@VodafoneUK Clarify exactly what you found objectionable on @GBNEWS or are you just virtue sygnalling to people who never learnt critical thinking?

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 My contract is up for renewal and I can assure you that you have just lost another customer. I also look forward to you removing your ads from C4. Unbelievable sanctimonious response from a company that uses cheap labour in India as customer support.
