Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

So turns out a '24 month' contract with @VodafoneUK is in fact a 25 month contract as they need 30 days notice to cancel and will charge an early exit fee if that's before the last day of the contract. Ridiculous. Much like their unwillingness to lose my custom than match a deal

@VodafoneUK 8 days since my upgrade phone arrived in store damaged and still no phone. I've been told it will be resolved in 24hrs its now 192hrs and still not been resolved. Customer service is shocking. I've rang up and dm you every day since the day it arrived.

@prsomerville @VodafoneUK Thanks for the tweet @prsomerville. I don’t think they are going to do anything further. The directors office complaints have said they can’t cancel as there were no fraudulent purchases and even though it was a data breach it’s not serious enough to cancel 😔
