    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @antonycotton @VodafoneUK Totally agree Vodafone UK are appalling. Zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards
