    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I have fraudulent payments for Vodafone pending on my account. My bank advised me to speak to you. None of your phone lines or chats allow non customers to get past the robots. Please can you advise how I can speak to someone to cancel the payments.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    Everytime @VodafoneUK do maintenance on the location mobile tower they break it and you have no phone signal so cannot call text use the internet for weeks.

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone Without doubt, the worst provider! May I suggest you actually check when bills are paid, in stead of sending messages threatening late fees & limited services! Concentrate on given the service you promise for the outrageous prices you charge! Thieves!

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman
