Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK it is a shame for you to steal from your customers when they missed the contract expire date and keep overcharging them! My plan was phone+sim and I have noticed that it has expired December 2020. You never let me know and kept charging £80. This is stealing! Shameful

@vodafoneuk Guess what? They are sending ANOTHER engineer but not until Monday. So at least another 36 hours without a service. Suppose to be on a Team meeting Monday at 08.30 am. Guess that won't happen.

@VodafoneUK moved house & was told my broadband would be activated on the 25th of Feb. After multiple calls to yourself & still no Internet I cancelled only to be told you'll be charging me for March. Asked how you charge for a service you've not provide - still no call-back
