  Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

  Talking to @VodafoneUK Just Ask Once service (one agent to resolve your issue) - the agent wants to transfer me and tells me s/he is not a JAO agent... and yet each message says from you JAO agent!!!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK In my experience it was BT who were the shockers. I had already phoned to cancel the account as he moved in with my brother. I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.
