Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Ok... Result here from @VodafoneUK, they are going to give me £8 per day until the lines in my area are fixed! That adds up. They've never been able to fix the lines to date, what makes them so confident now??

@VodafoneUK just had a call from your customer services team to see if there’s anything they could do to help me stay as a customer. I said I was a @GBNEWS viewer & objected to them removing advertising, they said “ok, we’ll update our records”. So, if you’re serious about (1/2)

@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Hold on, that will be a random service agent from thousands, not someone from Vodafone's media office. Hardly a confirmed corporate view of the situation.

@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Perfectly valid reason in my book. Doubly so that GBNews was set up to cancel culture wokeness and the left. Kind of hypocritical of GBNews

@VodafoneUK please can you clarify. You say you won't advertise on @GBNEWS because they are against woke cancel culture. So you approve of a campaign to cancel GBNews. Do you see the irony & idiocy of your position? Time to ditch my shares in your intellectually bankrupt company?

@VodafoneUK @stopthecoup1 Who the hell do you think you are? You insult me. GB News is an Ofcom Regulated Broadcaster it is not even in your scope. Have any of you woke luvvies even watched it? Your approach is pathetic. I will never buy any product or service from you until you cease to be a censor.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve selected an upgrade this morning, the sync speed is 2MBPS we’ve never had issues with the WiFi until yesterday/today, I’m now worried the new deal will be this slow.
