Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK please train your phone sales team to listen. I asked him to stop talking as it was a bad line. His response - “I have great deal for you” several times, increasing in volume as I asked him again to stop talking as it’s a bad line. Bad CX and just rude

@VodafoneUK call on Friday from a advisor in relation to me cancelling my contract asked what time they finished work said 5 30 no problem call me back at 5 please. I want to stay with vodaphone so let's see what I get offered. No call back is what I got @O2 what you got for me?

@VodafoneUK Having issues connecting to 4G near my house - there's like a 1/2 mile circumference deadzone. Fine outside that. Has been an issue since beginning of July (when I joined Vodafone) - seemed fixed at end of last week but back with a vengeance now. Help!
