Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Hi @VodafoneUK. My mum (in her 70s!) has been a contract customer of yours for more than a decade. She walked into the King's Lynn store yesterday for some help with her new phone. She was told she'd have to pay £25 for the first half hour of help and then £10 for every half
