    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK so after two phone calls totalling nearly an hour, to cancel my rolling 30 day sim only contract, within the first 14 days (the 1st day of the contract), am I now having a direct debit taken for the full 30 day amount!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I have two numbers with you, one does not work, one might have been hacked and I cannot log in or receive a password reset and your customer service is abhorrent. TOBI is useless and I cannot be connected to an operator. Unacceptable.

    The @VodafoneUK “Tobi” customer service people are ridiculous. They don’t even read what you’ve said to them. Rude too. If I did my job the same way I’d probably be looking for something else pretty soon!

    @RobHollida @VodafoneUK Hi, have you solved this problem? My husband is in similar situation.He paid to CCS of Vodafone debt but another debt collect company sent a letter to pay for it.Vodafone keep saying we have to solve with CCS.
