    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Right @VodafoneUK I’m not sure how you can disconnect our wifi and hand over to another provider without some contact with us. Top it off we spent 3 hours on your awful online help system and got nowhere. Now been told that we have to wait till December 18th to be reconnected.

    Is not an issue and affordable given we’ve been doing it for years with no issue for both @VodafoneUK and @giffgaff ! The longer this drags on the more money that goes to other networks. Plus the less chance we will all stay with @O2 as they just don’t seem interested. 2/

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK This is what I *have* done, and it's been problem after problem after problem. I just want a router delivered, but apparently 4 attempts is not enough. Just had another delivery fail today. Well imagine my surprise.

    @VodafoneUK have had the worst possible experience since yesterday. An agent ‘accidentally’ blocked my primary phone number, and I haven’t been able to use my sim for 16hrs. Been chatting with support for the last 50mins; transferred from team to team. No one knows what to do!

    The drama with @VOXI_UK continues. After committing to delete the original sim order and rebate money (they cannot port from @VodafoneUK), they have now admitted they have not cancelled the order + 1-hour chat. A genuinely awful company. More calls to complaints tomorrow :-(

    @VodafoneUK how hard have you made it to speak to a customer service advisor!! I will be seeking a new broadband provider as you clearly don’t need customers!! If I wasn’t in contract I’d be leaving you as my mobile provider also!
