Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@vodafoneuk 3. You are logged into a Pay as you go account with Pay monthly items in your basket Please go back to basket and remove the mis-matched items or logout from there and continue as a new customer.

@VodafoneUK hi you are doing 50% off some of your broadband on 24 month contract does the half price last for the 24 months? And how much is the installation cost ? Thanks for your help I have checked and Incan get it where I live
