Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

Awesome, @VodafoneUK cancelled my @CityFibre order because their system was confused by me not having a landline number. They think I don't currently have FTTH, which I do. After waiting in chat for first line support, then waiting for activation, I'm now waiting for order team.

@VodafoneUK 😡 @vodafoneUK Now selling Microsoft 365 below cost in order to poach business customers from small businesses like mine. Disgusting. Obviously not happy just selling phones. I was a customer for +20 years but I'll make sure I never buy from Vodafone ever again. Corporate Bullies

@VodafoneUK Ok I'll try that but we have been in contact with Customer Service and your decision makers seem to hide behind drawn out beaurocratic processes, and the poor front line staff who take the brunt of the complaint but are not empowered to do anything. Very, very disappointing!

@VodafoneUK on top of that the poor person who tried to help me on the phone couldn't find anyone to talk to me about my complaint /issue. Other departments hung up on her. Or laughed. Interesting customer service culture at Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK and @dpd have lost my phone. it's been a week since DPD picked up my 3 month old @SamsungUK fold4 for warranty repair and now can't find it. And no one is doing anything. Typical Vodafone customer service.
