Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VickyPickles4 @angelaeagle @VodafoneUK SIM cards are usually cheap or free but u gotta still top them up. The price of data if ur not on contract really bites 😬. I’m on a Vodaphone contract with only 1gb and when it creeps over that 1gb my bills are the cost of a fancy phone with extra crap lol.

@ThomasHayArt @VodafoneUK That download was an anomaly I think. Usually get on average about 20 or 30. But upload never goes over 2. And since I'm getting small print 'above 0.9' there's nothing they can do. 🙄

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards I have yo say I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but when I have had a problem its always been rectified when I get through to 191, service level on the whole has been very good. @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards on my wish list is a HH wig

@VodafoneUK Have waited, heard nothing still have same issue. WiFi is not visible on the laptop. It sees multiple wi-fi's and connects to my phone hotspot but the broadband WiFi keeps disappearing from its list of available connections.

@VodafoneUK A new phone for myself daughter and son. Upgrade day today but prices are too high to get new handsets so would be nice to get something back from Vodafone after being a loyal customer for 18 years and never seam to get a deal

@VodafoneUK again broken promises by Vodafone UK promised a call back today about a extraordinary case that I find myself in but with no joy and making a complaint doesn't help can someone please call me back about the resolution that is proposed!
