Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK There customer service is foreigners who can't even speak English so it's hard to understand them. Just hire English British people, people that us British people understand.

@84sterbz @VodafoneUK Yup same story. Finally got through after 90mins on hold to be told it is down and they don't know what's wrong and they dont know when it will be fixed.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom I appreciate you looking at this but a reply advising me to give customer relations a call is disappointing given my DM contained a detailed explanation about how the CR team has failed to deal with this for 7wks despite 10+ hrs of calls and all due to @VodafoneUK's initial error

  • webbshire Ryan (@webbshire) reported

@84sterbz @VodafoneUK Oh that's silly. Customer service has been non existent and no warning this would happen too. 🙄

@ZohaiebK @Ninja5921 @VodafoneUK Is anyone back online yet? Vodafone have ignored my DM from earlier. Cracking customer service...

@VodafoneUK @Stuoos Yeah that's great and all @VodafoneUK but some of us have to work tomorrow and due to pretty well known global pandemic we have to work from home and may I ask how are we expected to do that with your crap wifi service being down and you being horrendously slow to fix it?

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK you should switch over to @ee i get a constant 5g signal with them. I rarely see 3g, and always have consistant speeds.
