Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK 1/2: Spent 10 days chasing Cust Serv reps for reply. Told V-Sos is “Standalone item” with no SIM, normal warranty doesn’t apply. I must pay for any investigation/repairs. I have no account number, my name is Paul Tucker. Worst Consumer experience ever.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK restricted my calls for £10 which i dont know how croped up in my bill and now I cannot call up customer Service. If Vodafon dont activate my calls until morning I will never pay rest of my plan. Now choose between £10 or £800. 07411172478 Bye

@VodafoneUK my broadband has been off for 20 hours and no one can tell me when it’s going to be back on, just that it is being fixed.. why can’t anyone manage to get an update on this? So disappointing after being a customer for so many years.
