    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @anthonyjpierce @VodafoneUK Same problem in Broadheath but don't worry it's your problem not theirs. A when group of use are having a problem and they are not interested. This is why I'm leaving for a network that does work in the area!!!

    @VodafoneUK my data and signal has been playing up since yesterday morning & it’s impossible to deal with. Your status checker says there isn’t an issue in my postcode but there clearly is as I know of others on your network who are having the same issue - please help!

    Sent a DM back with my details and description of issue - and nothing back from @VodafoneUK . Tried phoning and no staff manning phones!! Day 5 with no broadband.
