Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK customer service is appalling 1 hour 27 mins to contact you yesterday. Still on hold today after chatting on line to an agent who can't resolve my problem. Suggested I call. Come on Vodafone you must do better. I usually have nothing but praise for your services.
