Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK Yes, and it says the speed is fine. I’ve even boosted the device. I’ve scanned the barcode before and done all that before too. It doesn’t matter anyway, I’m paying the contract exit fee. The poor connection reliability has beaten us.

@VodafoneUK It’s the same wireless problem that you guys haven’t fixed or been interested in for almost 18 months now.

@VodafoneUK what’s the rules on the 12 month handset upgrade. I ordered an iPhone 12 last October, but you had no stock, so didn’t get it to December. When can I upgrade? And will your stock issues last year mean I will have to wait this year again..?

Every month that I’ve been a customer of @VodafoneUK broadband I’ve had to complain about buffering whilst streaming. It’s cost me £120 to leave them. Oh, and I’ve reset everything three times tonight and it is still buffering on iPlayer.

@VodafoneUK No home broadband or internet? Vodaphone blaming Open Reach when all fibre sockets showing green and Vodaphone router showing Red? All Vodaphone need to do is refigure router but cannot get through to Level 3 support!!!

I wonder when @vodafoneuk will stop auto-adding “Vodafone SecureNet” to new accounts with the sneaky extra £1 charge after 3 months for a service nobody actually wants, and certainly doesn’t want to pay for. I wonder how many customers are paying £1 month for bugger all.

@VodafoneUK hi, I have an iPhone 12 Pro however I never seem to get a 5G signal. Is it something to do with my SIM card?
