    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

    @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!
