Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK I got through to them that an eSIM was not a physical thing, they sent me the required email eventually 2 days later, and I’m up & running there at least. Between this & the broadband which still isn’t working, I’m distraught at the amount of hrs I’m spending trying to fix things

@VodafoneUK Re complaint 27991478 - Story gets better 1/ Mohamed (Senior Complaints) calls me (in the evening) - he still doesn't believe my story, Vodafone aren't issuing a refund I forward him emails from Frankie (VF sales) and my replies saying "I did not order this. Come pick it up"

@VodafoneUK BB guarantee is a total #scam. 3 boosters and 20 phone calls and many fixes later. We still have 3 dead rooms and multiple devices unable to run. Vodafone refuse to admit there is an issue. I’ve now had to pay a huge cancellation fee to get BB elsewhere! #vodafail
