Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK such bad customer service!!!! Broadband order cancelled and I wasn’t even informed. Only found out when I went to track the order on the activation date. Told nothing could be done but to place the order and wait another 2 weeks. Disgusting service!!

@VodafoneUK Do I have to keep checking back to find out if it’s fixed? Will I be able to claim compensation? If it’s not sorted tomorrow our household is going to have to pay to join your competitors hotspot - as the Vodafone 4g connection doesn’t support video calls
