Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK That just takes me back to the beginning of the process to make the original complaint - which still hasn’t been resolved due to the complaints process. I’ve wasted days on this already. I would like to speak to a manager within the Compliants Department. How do I do that?

@VodafoneUK Eventually had to login to My Vodafone website (which, unlike the app, at least remembered the card I had last used) but this ended up taking about half an hour in total and it shouldn’t be like this :-(

Called @VodafoneUK to help with a PAYG problem (my idiocy) and after resolving my query they gave me a £10 discount for ever, absolute bonus 👍 #thanksvodafone

@VodafoneUK Well after 7 years with Vodafone looks like I'm moving on when my contract is up as Vodafone are to expensive, I have the same phone and the same tariff with another well known company for half the price ! Loyal customer seems to get no benefits.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.
