    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @JeremyVineOn5 Couldnt give a **** about them got better things to care about like having to pay £828 to @VodafoneUK for a watch that was stolen by a low life @DPDgroup_news driver. Even went to the CEO of both. DPD are now ignoring me and Vodafone are quite happy for me to go to the Obudsman

    @vodafone @VodafoneUK Please stop sending me 6 messages a day begging me to stay with your network. You failed to retain me as a customer as you failed to provide me value for money at the end of my contract. I have paid off the phone, continuing to charge me for that is a scam. @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK , I expected a swift response and supposed to have gotten my refund by now . Nobody is stepping up or taking responsibility in processing my long over due refunds. This is the same problem i encountered for 3weeks back and forth. Truly a show of shame

    @VodafoneUK The last one said I would get an update in 10 Working days - my question is more about where are they? Other networks are fulfilling them and if I had know it was likely to be after Xmas. I would not have upgraded via Vodafone and I would have churned my number to another network

    @VodafoneUK Understood. Do Vodafone have plans to have excellent 5g coverage at the hospital and surrounding area? I imagine this should be a priority particularly if they support the NHS as there are thousands of staff here this would impact in a positive way.

    @VodafoneUK : after having complained through here, I can tell and the service is even worse than expected. You can not get it right even after a complaint! Disjointed effort by everyone to Get an upgrade after 10 years as your customer!!! Great job, keep rocking it!

    @VodafoneUK And yet here we are on the 14th - 48hrs later and still I see no improvement in cellular service, nor do I have an installation date for broadband service? What reason is there that you cannot even commit to a date?

    @VodafoneUK Utterly ridiculous service! You offer help in a crisis and then block the ability to contact you via 191 to discuss the financial issues. The “Chat” function doesn’t function as there is no human to talk to.
