Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK I switched to you from @EE about a month ago and lads your data signal is piss poor. I pay for 5G and never get it. I’m barely on 4G usually. Outrageous service. Switching back to EE ASAP. Regret switching.💩

@VodafoneUK I asked to speak to so,done more senior on three occasions. That more senior person declined to speak to me. Clearly Vodafone management are neither interested in customer concerns and service nor in customer retention.

@VodafoneUK After another 60 minutes to Vodafone, the situation has further deteriorated. +20 years of loyalty to Vodafone has been DESTROYED. Please can you DM me and at least try to resolve this desperate issue of Vodafone’s making.
