Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK hi Vodafone! I was told I’d receive a daily £5.04 automatic compensation for delay to broadband activation. The issue was resolved approx 60 days ago but the compensation doesn’t seem to have been added to my account? Do you know when I’ll get this please? Thanks!
