    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK no #internet for 8 days, no home devices or TV working, no hotspot as mobile data is too slow, after 6 phone calls to #Vodafone they are now asking me to wait 72 HOURS, I have already lost 3 days salary & I'm a sole earner in lockdown with 2 kids I'm beyond frustrated

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted, frustrated and furious at the shambolic customer service I am experiencing......2 weeks of daily calls to obtain a One Number to pair an Apple Watch. WTF!!!! I’ve been small business customer for 20 years but will be leaving

    @VodafoneUK is one of the most illegitimate corporations I have ever dealt with - absolutely pillage customers money, whilst having no regard or protocol for GDPR or customer needs. The UKs biggest provider is institutionally corrupt. #Vodafone #corruption #Disgraceful

    @dustymears @VodafoneUK Just been on to them....another 48 hour wait while the tech team diagnose something we told them last September. This is going to get escalated. @VodafoneUK this is the worst customer service I've ever seen, you're currently beating British Gas and that takes some doing! 🤬

    @VodafoneUK shocking service from Vodafone trade in! They’ve had my device since 16 March and no sign of payment or information as to what’s going on! Just keep getting fobbed off with a different story! Contact details for complaints please??
