So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

The service has been patchy and occasionally dropped off, so when the contract was up, we thought we's shop around. Normal behavior in the current climate?! @VodafoneUK had a good deal, cheaper overall, and a little cashback. We placed the order. 2/?

Back to @Plusnet where we were told that there wasn't a block on the line. So reassured that there was no issue at plusnet's end, and with no deal from @VodafoneUK we decided to go with @ShellEnergyHome, again good deal and this time with an Amazon voucher attached. Great! 5/?

@VodafoneUK The only contact number anywhere is the 0330 main CS number. I tried that first before resorting to Twitter (obviously) Customer service with Vodafone is absolutely appalling these days I cannot believe I'm even considering upgrading or renewing with you.

@VodafoneUK ordered a phone, paid for express delivery before 10:30am only to check dpd this morning to say it’s returning to sender! Had to phone up support and said they have to do a fraud check on my account! Not happy at all, uploaded drivers licence, will be cancelling order
