    Today I tried play ACNH online for the first time and discovered our router will never allow me to because the NAT type will never go above a D without port forwarding, which isn’t possible 😭 **** you very much @VodafoneUK

    If anyone was considering buying a monthly contract from @VodafoneUK don’t. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy one damn phone off them wasted a month of my time because they can’t do the simplest things. Never using them again.

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

    Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

    @Fraze_18 @VodafoneUK I had a bad few months! I can’t fault their trying just annoying having to constantly call them up! In the end it got fixed and we discussed compensation and they agreed to waiver any early upgrade fee and also any handset fee for a new mobile deal 👍 make sure you stand firm

    @VodafoneUK as there is no, repeat NO Vodafone signal where I live; so NO texts & NO calls. The WI-FI Call facility was working but not now. So as Vodafone are NOT providing a service I wish to cancel my account, but as I cannot text I cannot get my early termination cost.

    Could someone @VodafoneUK please explain why my phone reception dies 100%, every time you drive under Fathom Cross bridge, just beyond the Forkhill Rd roundabout, on the A1 outside Newry and no signal reconnects for at least 5 miles, by which time @VodafoneIreland kicks in?

    @VodafoneUK Spoke to customer services 4 x about phone trade in to get my discount! Received new phone and no bag to return my old one! 4th call told to use trade in tool on app but there isn’t one! My acc not been credited until my old phone returned! Apparently bags been sent 2

    Changing my #ISP to @Onestream_UK from @VodafoneUK, along with bining Voda's stodgy Router-MoDem. In 18 months I'll change again, and am not going with "Slow-Slow" either.
