@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

@VodafoneUK Can you please clarify how gigacube would resolve my problem? I have broadband but no phone signal. I already use WiFi calling, but have been told by your colleagues that SMS over WiFi isn't supported for my phone. Does the gigacube provide a mobile signal where there isn't one?

@Ofcom Please help @Vodafoneuk hasn’t been able to port my number since 23rd June. This has caused me tremendous stress , I am spending two hours everyday on call with them. They give new 24 hrs deadline everyday and fail to meet that. What action you can take ?
