@VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

@VodafoneUK upgrade from Superfast1 to Superfast2 was due to be implemented on 13th Jan (guess what?). I'm now on my third call to tech support and going down the rabbit holes. I want to cancel the upgrade but wish to retain the service can you arrange for someone to call pls ?
