@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

Been with @VodafoneUK for one month and have honestly never had worse service, absolutely awful, they’ve made numerous mistakes in our one month and are now charging us a higher rate after one month even though our terms state it increases yearly. It’s a joke. Don’t use Vodafone.

Lol @VodafoneUK, putting my monthly cost up 10.5% due to inflation and a further 3.9% for network improvements, a mere two months before my contract expires, really isn’t a good look. I was tempted to stay with you, but looks like I’ll be moving on.
