    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

    I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

    @VodafoneUK Problem was resolved this morning. It’s a problem when one can’t connect with anyone: service phone was closed & your homepage looked as if Vodafone was down. Outage often happens for 5-15 min during the night. But last night was min. 1.5 hours before we went to bed.

    @VodafoneUK Like I've said I don't want to be on a contract. You are trying to charge me 40 pounds not to be in a contract. So you are basically trying to charge me 40 per month to provide me no service. Rip off merchants

    @VodafoneUK Thank you but there’s nothing more you can do. The fault is with @OpenreachHelp to fix. We have an open case with them through the 2nd line technical team at Vodafone. We’ve been told it can take up to 72 hours to fix the problem but it’s been 2 weeks. Not good enough! 😡

    @VodafoneUK My mom has been trying to get a pack number or something for the past 4 hours and has been in contact with support for the past 5 hours, she is a full grown women in tears stressed as she is trying to run a small business with no phone..the stuff I’m reading is absurd

    @VodafoneUK Highly disgusted with vodafone! My 84 year old aunt was approached via telephone about her broadband ! The telesaleswoman was rude and had no patience for my aunt and started shouting for no reason whatsoever at my aunt! Apparently customers cannot shout back !!!😡😡

    @VodafoneUK How do I make a complaint...! The signal in the se7 7ax / se3 7du area is down and has been for 10days. Pls can u escalate to the London area manager. This needs to be looked at urgently. Pls STOP repeating yourself and act
