    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

    Never thought @VodafoneUK could get bad. Being told to ring numbers when got no signal, being transferred to a crap tone of teams, advisors not spelling things correctly, and it's just a joke, all to get an answer whether I got to pay a early termination fee due to signal issues.

    @VodafoneUK We have. You need to retrain your customer service agents as the service we received is appalling. I’d be happy to offer my services to train them as they weren’t empathetic or understanding and just read from the script rather than personalising the call to the customers needs

    @VodafoneUK Vodafones useless customer service agents are still trying to resolve this issue when it wasn't my fault. I've emailed the CEO. Vodafone can't handle people having more than 1 number on an account. The original agent who messed this up should be fired for her incompetence
