@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@VodafoneUK 8 days without a viable landline for a medically vulnerable customer who is shielding. A viable landline is a medical necessity. All I get from customer service is it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on your company regarding vulnerable customers.

@VodafoneUK your CS is so crap I spent 20 minutes to cancel my account, got a confirmation of the cancellation and now just had another email saying "we're glad your staying" and my cancellation as been er cancelled! Do I just need to ask @Ofcom if they can cancel for me?

@percylittlep @VodafoneUK Customer Service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. I been without a viable landline for 8 days and we have a Medical need for it. Each day they say it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on this Company on how they deal with vulnerable people.
