This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK I would like to say how great the customer service is. We have been without broadband @openreach for 10 days and counting. We have spoken to people from India and Egypt. I do hope you are paying them well. UK should be as good as them.

@VodafoneUK disgusting service. My 80 yr old dad couldn’t remember 2 of his security questions, you wouldnt go any further with the call or ask him any others. All he wanted was to upgrade his mobile Wi-Fi. You wouldn’t let him cancel the contract even. So much stress for him.
