@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

@VodafoneUK my mum took out a monthly contract with you in October. Sadly she passed away mid November & u r asking my dad, a pensioner to pay £68 to cancel the contract. My mum didn't make calls amounting to that. Harsh as he's on single pension allowance. Where's ur compassion?
