    This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

    @VodafoneUK I would like to say how great the customer service is. We have been without broadband @openreach for 10 days and counting. We have spoken to people from India and Egypt. I do hope you are paying them well. UK should be as good as them.

    @VodafoneUK so you send a debt collection letter to my son that's a customer service error on your side. Keep him on hold for 20 mins, admit it's your error, transfer the call then cut him off. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK That would have been handy info to have been given when you phone customer services. When you say you want to cancel, the automated service tells you to do online chat, and texts you a link. It could have transferred you or even given you the number. But no 🙈

    @VodafoneUK can you sort your stupid billing system out please and put the device and airtime plan as one plan. I put £50 on my device plan last month and I’ve just received a missed payment notification. Unless you pay the device plan on the day it’s due it doesn’t count.

    Just been through the 7 circles of @VodafoneUK chat support hell for a failed broadband activation. Absolutely unable to grasp they have activated the wrong line (I was alerted by a business neighbour who suddenly found themselves on Vodafone this morning). How long now?
