    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK Day 3 now of not being able to receive calls whilst roaming in the Netherlands. 3 of my friends are with Vodafone and in the same situation! One is with @VodafoneUKBiz and he’s been told it must be the local network, which is also Vodafone! Starting to get annoyed!

    @VodafoneUK tried calling to complain a few times about having no/poor internet pre bank holiday & got put on hold, then cut off. I was told I’d have to pay a fee to leave the contract (even though you don’t deliver your end of the contract as an “internet provider”).

    @VodafoneUK @rabidnation Having the exact same problem. Tech support say we will give you a call - except we take incoming calls! Ongoing issue since Friday. We have been asked to try the following: - reset network settings - turn off wifi dialing - change provider and revert. None of which have worked!

    @SamsungHelpUK I did dm you about it and you denied it could happen. You told me I had to take it up with the company who I purchased from - @VodafoneUK who argued and said it was your issue and the only way out was me to pay £256 to end the contract and keep a watch I can't use!

    @VodafoneUK tried your online chat and not working, your phone number points me to online support 🙄. I have no Internet when not on WiFi, been 4 days live in Basingstoke, reported but no avail!! Please DM me, also used by buffer credit so would like a refund on that #4g🤔

    @VodafoneUK I've had nothing but trouble since I upgraded, my bills now £65+a month. I cant use it in Turkey as I was miss sold my roaming bundle by a team member in store who didn't have a clue and I couldn't apply the employee advantage scheme as I upgraded in store but he told me I could.
