    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK 1 genuine question. I’m keen to understand why you have blanket charges for your contracts with no consideration of network coverage for your users. I could pay £50 a month for a contract and live in London where I receive full 4/5G coverage all day. Or I can live

    @ian_c_elliott @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Strictly speaking the infrastructure was done by Gigafast, but this runs the fibre directly into the house whereas Virgin Media is fibre to a cabinet then copper to your house which is why bandwidth is limited. But also sheer volume of people on VM causes issues too.

    @VodafoneUK why was I told that I would receive compensation from Vodafone once my phone issue was resolved, yet today, the day after my phone starting working again (19 days later) why was I told that I was due no compensation?
