They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

@VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

@TrivettFraser @VodafoneUK You do have the option. Ignore the imbecile from Vodafone. They literally know nothing. It will depend on your router. I'm split on 2.4 and 5ghz. At 2 properties one on pro, one not. If you router does not support it, call them and demand a new one.

@reygar @VodafoneUK They want to compensate me £30 (A months cost). The sheer STRESS they caused me+my family throughout the toughest period in our lives was unbearable. We were travelling to hos out of town twice a day + ended up losing my Dad. We all had ZERO service throughout. Not acceptable.

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK I'm not being treated like a bad risk after years of loyalty. I've systematically cancelled every contract as its come up for upgrade. Otherwise my credit rating would take a hit every few months upgrading 6 contracts plus 2 tablets!
