  @VodafoneUK Have sent the details. We have hard wired everything in as advised but our smart tv just keeps loading and internet is dropping out constantly on all devices. Never had a problem with other internet providers previously.

  @VodafoneUK internet has been extremely poor since it was installed, can’t even watch tv. We have phoned three time and were promised a call back the last time. Heard nothing and can’t get hold of anyone now. Been mobile customers for years, very disappointed. Will be cancelling

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
