  @VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

  @VodafoneUK "best network" because of zero dropped calls. That's because you can't even call them. Both phones on Vodafone but keep getting the message that it's unavailable. I will not be staying with Vodafone after my contract ends in May. After being a loyal customer for years

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK In my experience it was BT who were the shockers. I had already phoned to cancel the account as he moved in with my brother. I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service
