Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
