Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

@Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

We had one as well a few years ago but we never paid the money cuz as long as they don't send you a letter for a direct court invitation they have nothing against u in their hand.

@VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.
