    @VodafoneUK I have no broadband again for the 100th time since joining Vodafone. I have been on hold for 34minutes and yet to speak to a single person. The worst broadband service I have ever received!!

    This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    Beware @VodafoneUK are still taking money out of my account 7months after me cancelling my account. I try to contact them, which is difficult when they have deleted my details, yet they still charge me £200 every month. I try to cancel DD, they want to take court action

    @VodafoneUK Hello, apparently it's a wider issue perhaps? Some with bt and sky have got the same problem. Possibly openreach have done something at the exchange point. She's already gone through the live web help chat and they've monitoring it but not sure what else we can do?

    given he closed his @VodafoneUK account in March, so ignored it. He received a letter 10 days after that saying that this amount had now been passed to a credit collection agency. I spoke with your customer services at the weekend (with him) and they confirmed an error 3/8

    Anybody else noticing that their @VodafoneUK data is going down increasingly faster than it has done previously and should be? @VodafoneUK what is going on here? I’m definitely not using the amount of data that the app says I am.

    @VodafoneUK Ah copied. Yeah the connection is fine and full signal, data rate is showing when you log into the router but when you try load any webpages, it doesn't load anything, same with catchup TV or alexa echo. Hopefully gets sorted 👍
