    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey I’m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere 👋 👋👋

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    Hi @VodafoneUK any idea when the broadband issue in BL6 is being resolved? Missed 2/3 of a work day now due to no internet. Online chat was useless. Wait a couple of hours. That was at 12. Been down since 11!

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @LouTommo @SimonCalder @VodafoneUK Your phone must be occasionally getting a stronger signal from a Turkish network. You might be able to avoid this by manually selecting a Greek network in Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection. Ironically, Vodafone used to include Turkey in their EU roaming destinations.

    Any tips for trying to contact @VodafoneUK Customer Service? I call and every route seems to lead to an automated message telling me to look at website. Online chat started OK, then spent over 45mins waiting to be number 1 in queue (more than once) and being cut off each time.

    @VodafoneUK I think I have been sold a dual sim Sony Xperia XA1 G3116 on eBay which happens to not connect on some 4G bands what bands do Vodafone support. I can get 3G+ but am worried that would shut down ever so soon...

    @VodafoneUK why is it never straight forward with vodafone? I closed my account in April through transfer of ownership ( which wasn't straight firward either) and you are still reporting on my credit file as an active account.
