@VodafoneUK , hi this is second month and i suffer from same problem, i renew my big value bundle and i receive confirmation message but the bundle not active last month i spend more than 1 hour in your store to solve this problem

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

@virginmedia @arikat73 Just diving into this message chain, as I am having the same issue. I try to renew my two-month pass (necessary now because of the disgraceful decision by @VodafoneUK to stop providing the service) and I am currently unable to due to “invalid request”.

@VodafoneUK following 20+ years of loyal service I have left due to poor customer service. Tried to upgrade for 20 days via web chat, phone calls past from pillar to post with advisers who couldn’t care less. Standards have really slipped.
