Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK Hopefully that solves the problem phones are great but the slightest thing and they are no better than 2 baked bean cans and a piece of string lol you would of thought they would show a bit more urgency with your dad being disabled.i always play the Disability card

@Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

VODAFONE problems, not able to get incoming landline calls, nearly two hours in the chat,at one point they told me to take the equipment apart ! Will take 3 days to look into. Wish I had read reviews before signing up. The only thing I got out of it was a headache.#vodafoneuk

@VodafoneUK ‘s online customer support is rude, slow (stayed 2 hours on the chat for a simple request) and will also send your personal details to third parties. My mailbox was flooded by newsletters I never subscribed to. Currently investigating I might sue !!

@rajguru16 @VodafoneUK I've had exactly the same problem with 5G. And Vodafone have limited my 4G speed to a completely unusable 1mbps. Seriously had enough now. £100 a month to @EE soon.
