    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy 👎👎

    @OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

    @iansltx In the UK there’s a lot of difference between buying gigabit FTTH via a quality ISP like @zeninternet vs a vile one like @VodafoneUK in terms of speed, latency and uptime, not to mention customer service. Losing that choice would be devastating.

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I had voda started getting really high bills. So I went and got a pay as you go and used that for a month. My voda bill was still high with me supposedly using it, so rung customer services and explained. Bill was instantly reduced then I left and went to EE

Was trying to get a good deal as my contract ends in sept, and have been met with rude advisors who cut short the online chat. And who also insinuate that you are lying. Wish id never got involved.
