    @VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

    @VodafoneUK had a business line down all day and you just keep putting us on hold! This is atrocious service. Need it back up who do we report a Vodafone business line with Level 4 cover that should have been working by now!!! So in breach of contract its a joke..... #Vodafone

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @VodafoneUK I've been struggling for mobile data all week, on my personal mobile and my work mobile, both separate vodafone accounts. It seems to me like your 4G network is the issue as I can kind of get data working on 3G.

    @VodafoneUK I’d quite like a connection or your app to work now to be honest. I’ve also tried using my phone as a WiFi hotspot, but the 4G signal here is woefully poor. In fact I had better 4G in the middle of the jungle in Bangladesh than I do in my home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Why is that?

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK this nature I gave them absolute hell for that misleading behaviour akin to entrapment. Anywho, never actually recieved another sales call after that other than my 2 yearly phone change until I eventually sacked them over the latest issue

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Same as any company with 10,000+ customers / a all centre - **** attitude / no service. Unfort I don’t accept the workers’ dilemma idea - most refuse to escalate a matter & park calls on hold at the first sign of a problem.

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK My partner was offered a sim from them with no strings attached, cancelled is she never used it. Now she's locked in for a 2 year contract and they refuse to end the contact, she's never used the card!

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK I refuse to have any dealings with this awful company. I made 20 phone calls to them (re: overbilling) & my complaint was never dealt with, nor my letters. In frustration, I cancelled my direct debit & their response was to put a black mark on my credit file. #neverusevodafone
