    @piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    @VodafoneUK .. what a shower. Took me over an hour today, inc 2 dropped calls, trying to cancel my terrible Vodafone ADSL broadband. Complaints of slow speeds/over contention in the GU20 6J* area was continually fobbed off. However, I'm told that cancelling my .. /1

    @VodafoneUK is the worst provider. On the phone to customer service for an hour. Out of the 10 (YES TEN) advisors I spoke to, none of them could help. Absolutely horrendous.

    @VodafoneUK Been without fibre since 12th October. I’ve had 4 text messages saying an Openreach engineer has been assigned to you, but nobody shows up? Voda support have told me for the last 2 weeks, “don’t worry sir your issue will be fixed in 24 hours it’s a high priority case”

    @VodafoneUK appalling service. ESIM didn't come through after yesterday night's request. Had been with 2 different support people since morning and i was assured it would be sorted within an hour. Talking to third person now and he is asking me if I have received my physical sim
