    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    @kathrynstimpson @VodafoneUK It’s ridiculous trying to get anything resolved isn’t it & god forbid the call drops you have to start all over again it’s painful frustrating & no managers are available! Where are all these ‘managers’ I’m sorry you’ve had problems too

    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK
