I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

@piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

@VodafoneUK Bizarre idea of customer help, you won't mind my saying! Your phone number takes me in a circle - yet again! - and back to where I began. I repeat: Vodafone pressed me to an unwanted upgrade and, since the day I declined, the baud rate has dropped (currently twenty times slower).

@VodafoneUK Your online help offers nothing other than confirming there's no problem with the network. My problem is widely known to Vodafone yet nobody has done anything to remedy this appalling situation. I must now insist: provide what I'm paying for, and do it now.
