@VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

@VodafoneUK He has spoken to some very nice complaints advisors but they said they cannot deal with his complaint he has to wait to be contacted by the customer relations team both yesterday and Saturday they put him on hold whilst they spoke to that team to confirm this if they can speak

@VodafoneUK He does have a Facebook account the issue he has is that he works long hours and has already taken time out of work waiting for calls where he answers straightaway and then the line goes dead. I don’t want any information I am just trying to help him as I have more free time
