    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    Ringing Vodafone - •To upgrade - straight threw not even a second wait •To make a complaint - your wait time is up to 5mins Either a lot of customers are pissed of with you @VodafoneUK or you don’t want to deal with complaints at a same manner of time as an upgrade 🤡

    @VodafoneUK why offer an Annual Upgrade promise, yet is no longer available, but u can end contract & pay a fee, so start to do this on the phone & you don't have the phone wanted in stock and don't know when or if its back in stock Disappointed after years as a loyal customer!

    @fareedfrmdesire @VodafoneUK You can cancel via Calling 191 Customer Service from your phone or alternatively you can use the Ofcom Text base system to get a PAC Code. Text “ PAC “ to 65075. Please be aware cancelling within your contract terms will occur Early Termination Fee.
