  I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

  @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

  @VodafoneUK I like many others on here aren't exactly happy with Vodafone customer service. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years & just over 4 years ago I gave up getting a phone with my contract. I can go elsewhere & get better deals, so when my sim only contract ends it's goodbye.
