    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    Intermittent network service from @virginmedia again, seems I need to use my reliable personal hotspot from @VodafoneUK - at least I have a fallback plan.

    @VodafoneUK been a loyal customer of yours for 15 years however mobile coverage is nowhere near as good as it used to be and your automated telephone service is the worst in the world!!!

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK I was told that being a business customer I had to order over the phone. Very helpful advisor but in 2019 simple things such as additional connections should be self service

    @VodafoneUK 01709 357345 phoning multiple times a day, I have already told the call centre I am not interested. How do I raise a complaint about these harassing calls, I am already a customer with data and phone sims and broadband.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK terrible experience with trade in. 191 say talk to trade in team, trade in team say talk to 191. Cant complete process and vodafone sending threatening messages about bill increases. Promised a call back 1 hr ago, nothing. Time to leave vodafone after over 10 years?

    @VodafoneUK Months of disruption doesn’t show hard work. What are the issues in my area that are taking months to sort out? Your team is very good at advising the same thing all the time. When you pay for something you want the service you pay for, not 10% of it. Thiefs!
