Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening.
