Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

I got a @VodafoneUK Mi-Fi in 2020. It never worked for a single day so I returned it and used my 14-day cooling off period to close the account. Although they've not charged me since, I found out today that they've kept my account open and are making it hard to close it
