    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    Vodafone Broadband has been really bad for over 4 months and ysday been worse, sky Q keeps disconnecting, could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoIndia Thick skinned people at Vodafone (India). Basic network services are not being provided and the shameless creatures (Vodafone) charge 499 (INR) every month and care a f.. for customers @airtelindia is far better. At least they have network all over India.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Lucy, I’ve spoken to at least one member of the Vodafone team every day for the past week. As much as I wish you could help me, I doubt you can. Currently waiting for calls from my complaint handler and the Tech2 team. Genuinely the worst service I’ve EVER received
