    Vodafone Broadband has been really bad from yesterday, sky Q keeps disconnecting since 4 months agi and I could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @ReganHare95 @VodafoneUK Tried that I'm afraid. Thing is, I have exactly the same issue on 2 Series that are wired and no issue on the one that isn't. I've just pulled the wire from one that had the issue and it works perfectly logging in wirelessly.

    @Rotmm @VodafoneUK Hmm that's odd, I'm with Vodafone broadband using a wired connection and not had that issue, bit I'm not on supersonic speeds. Have you tried the standard power cycle of everything?

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Delivering extremely poor service setting up internet over the last few weeks. Into our 3rd week of waiting and have been told that we'll get an update by 19th Jan. Under the current climate with needing to WFH this is very disappointing. @KingsleyTong1

    @VodafoneUK after 5 days my number has just been ported but still no service. Calling every day to be told it will take another 24hrs. Have made 2 calls again today lasting an hour each to be finally told go in to a store and try sim replacement. Customer service non existent !!

    @__ItzJason as much as I hate to say it mate, but @VodafoneUK still a better option than Tesco or EE because Vodafone have (or at least it's supposed to be) full coverage signal in the entire UK. If you're asking because you want to contract services one of them, here's my 2 cents.
