    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Ofcom Unable to complain. Phones not answered (total of 3 hours waiting over 2 days). Online chat - offline. Nobody can help, and nobody will let me complain. Can't use ombudsman until I've spoken to Vodafone - Which I can't do #catch22 #Helpless

    @VodafoneUK I don't get an error, it's the countdown timer screen I'm on when trying to connect, the phone just won't connect t to the router and the timer continues to count down

    @VodafoneUK I think I know why you're so busy. Its because everytime we do get through, you either "pretend" to help, or just don't care. Can't even log a complaint. A brilliant business tactic which only affect paying customers. Well done - We'll return our devices!

    So it's goodbye to @VodafoneUK after 11 years now you've introduced charging for roaming again even on the top plans... a massive step back in global connectivity. No doubt you'll lose a lot of customers to EE even though they've done the same, it's just a better network.
