Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@samwarburton_ @lionsofficial @VodafoneUK Can’t agree with Gibson-Park, made a couple of big errors that were costly. Thought both (2nd for Wales) SH’s at Murrayfield were sharper. After Henshaw, not sure any centers were that good - against well organised defences - pity can’t select Fikou ?

@hewlett_martin @VodafoneUK I can recommend a rolling router that allows for a data sim. Sonic your broadband goes down you can switch to the SIM until it comes back online. It is expensive if you chew through data though and you.also need a decent signal.

@VodafoneUK Just got a text you're stopping Suresignal. You know in rural areas you don't get a signal, like Suffolk. So to log into banks, PayPal, Microsoft, and yes, Vodafone, they send you a text as 2 tier security. I WON'T GET THE TEXT IF YOU STOP SURESIGNAL! I'll be cut off.

@VodafoneUK l live 300m from a tower yet my data goes out at least once a month. Considering the hefty price tag for unlimited data, and a reasonable expectation for uptime, you are failing miserably. What is the complaint process? Don't send me to standard. Ustomer service.
