Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK broadband is a ******* joke. In the last 24 hours alone our Internet signal has dropped out over 25 times, I've had to cancel work meetings and calls due to the signal dropping our- absolutely ******* pathetic.

Jesus how bad are @VodafoneUK customer services, all I want to do is speak to an advisor about our business account and renewing contracts and they just don't want to Speak to me but want me to speak to Toby there online super helper, sod that someone else can have my money!!!!!!
