The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?
