Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@daveteachingsci @VodafoneUK No definitely not. O2 and virgin list costs separately on bills and the handset repayment just stops once you’ve, you know, paid for the damn phone. It’s appalling practice.

@missradders @VodafoneUK Don't they all do this? Always been my experience - the continuity deal is dreadful. Preys on those who don't bother shopping around I suppose, even with the same network. £10 for 20+gb not unusual.

@MorganBroadcast @Helen_beeeee So sorry for what you are going through. Brings back horrible memories of the anxiety @VodafoneUK caused when they ported my number (of 10+ yrs) to another customer. I found a no-win/fee co who were actually reputable. DM me if you want contact details.
