    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @SeemaMistryP @VodafoneUK We shouldn't have to resort to using social media to get customer service. It should be readily offered all the time.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @AstleDan @VodafoneUK Broadband is up for us in lu7. ADSL was up but not passing traffic. Had to login to router and do factory reset

    @CPWTweets @EE no need it took 1 phonecall with @VodafoneUK to sort out what you couldnt in over a month (and still havent). once my contract is up i will never be getting a phone/contract through carphone warehouse again that's for sure

    @O2 customer service is shocking! Been hung up on twice now when simply trying to change direct debit date! Absolutely shocking, have 5 contracts with yourselves and going to move them all to @VodafoneUK when they are due for upgrade!
