    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK is there a more incompetent company? Your advisors are utterly useless 3/4 different conversations with different early termination fees and the amount you take is still different from any given! Thank **** I’ve left pay monthly and not tied to utter incompetence!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with @Apple for over 10 years guaranteed delivery of phones when they say. @VodafoneUK also excellent. First year I’ve changed to #Sky never doing it again. Am so angry and upset by the customer service. I’ll be moving back next year. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

    @VodafoneUK - I’ve got an out of contract line - why can’t I change the price plan to Red 100GB @ £10/month. I could cancel and take a new line out at that price but that seems daft to me

    @VodafoneUK Hahahahahahahaha, the irony of Vodafone. Almost 2 yrs of below standard speeds, below what's promised & still u won't lean on @OpenreachHelp to connect the fibre cable that's hung from a pole since Nov 2020. Free data to appease when I can't even get a signal. Garbage
