@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK Basically, <2mbps in the evenings is all I get these days every day and I just have to live with it until my 18 month contract is reached and I can swap to another three (which is slow, but consistenly 3-4mbps)

@VodafoneUK we have received the worst customer service from you. Our problem has lasted over 6 days, hours on the phone and you are still not sorting it, instead colleagues just hang up the phone. Who is the most senior colleague to raise a complaint to & how do I do this?
