@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Vodafone have thee worst customer service ever! They ask a minimum of 7 security questions & then transfer you to about 6 different people. I have dealt with them since 2008 as all our work mobiles are with them. I would never take out a Vodafone contract ever!
