After 3 days, 4 support calls, 6 people and 6+ hours of my time (and much disruption and stress)... we finally have @VodafoneUK broadband live. #relieved but #dissapointed - Thanks to Ahmed from 2nd line support

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I've spoken (and complained) a lot to Vodafone about SureSignal being deactivated. To repeat myself yet again, no we do not have signal at LA9 6QU, and no, my (work) handset does not support WiFi calling (my personal handset does).
