@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK you hide the terms and conditions until after a credit check and then when you select plan details/what you need to know it just tells you it’s a 30 day contract, no hidden costs about having to cancel your product in advance?

@SharkSayings When your network promises good 5g speed and its worse @VodafoneUK i have been loyal customer since 2013 i go to city centre it says 5g but speed is same as 4g
