@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK Nope. Flat out refused to help me. You sent me a text saying I owed you money. I don't as I have no contract with you. It's all in my wife's name. I have Asperger's and am disabled. This is very distressing to me. All I wanted was confirmation that the text should have been sent

@VodafoneUK Not when premier league is on you dont I was speaking to my mate and even @TalkTalk they do the same he gets 60meg normal day soon as football is on 4 meg he gets I can see why people hide behind vpn because they still can watch football with crap broadband

@VodafoneUK Signal wud be a gr8 start despite me calling up 5x bein treated like a idiot told it was my phone because god forbid u will ever except or admit that ur masts aren’t strong enough to handle it all my line keeps gettin cut off during calls or intercept someone elses at the start?
