@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

Non-existent service from @VodafoneUK. Initial installation canceled. Waited in all day yesterday for engineer, 'Assured' it would be this morning. Now have to wait 3-4 days for new date. It's as if you don't want a new customer #wasteoftime

@VodafoneUK problems with broadband, had the same account for 2.5years. After 1.5hrs crawling around moving wires from modem all your man can suggest is paying a few pounds more each month for ‘guaranteed wifi and booster points’ yet for 2.5 years the broadband has been fine.

@VodafoneUK trying to argue with me about something their system messed up with despite showing them all evidence from my side. When u allow systems to generate things and no checks/balances to make sure the customer received the email etc but want to harass said customer.
