All I want to do is ask @VodafoneUK to deliver a broadband booster promised twice but never arrived. I've already been transferred twice this morning. Would be fabulous to be able to email and then get on with my day but perhaps that tech is too complex :-D

@VodafoneUK I hope not because i rang and cancelled my upgrade. I will be switching network after the month of poor support I've had with no effort made by Vodafone to show any urgency or update me correctly each "24hours" as I've been told each time I call

@andy____07 @VodafoneUK @Thomasn48010532 I've never experienced anything like this before from any company. I've been a loyal customer of Vodafone for 12+ years and my business has spent a lot of money with them but every year there is an issue with upgrading. My order for an Apple Watch is stuck but no-one can help!
-
Nick Goldman (@NickgoldmanNick) reported
@VodafoneUK I keep trying to login to my account to locate upgrade options etc but it’s not working. Very annoying.

Can't help thinking that being transferred 4 times for a simple account question means your customer service system has got too complicated @VodafoneUK. Maybe drop the chatbot and invest in training for real people so that they can answer a wider range of queries?
