@VodafoneUK excellent customer service. Went in store as my broadband was out of contract. Got a brilliant deal on the Pro II broadband, paying less that £2 more than I am at the moment for a faster speed. The service in the Stirling store was so easy from start to finish.

I can't recall exactly how I was supposed to change it but I never did and they must have got contacted by a confused person one day. As I say I think it ended up on my credit file regardless lol
