    @VodafoneUK This information needs to be made available, in writing, to all of your customers - not just those who use Twitter. And your ‘customer service’ staff in other areas also need up-skilling when faced with situations. I spent 90 mins on chat trying to sort and finally gave up.

Everyone is sick of the ‘we’re unusually busy right now….’ IVR’s too. It USED to be a great company, now the emergency services…

    Just seeing the horrible way @VodafoneUK are dealing with bereaved customers, I sadly lost my wife earlier this year. @EE were by far the most understanding, efficient and compassionate of all the companies and agencies I had to deal with. Thank you #EE. F. you #Vodafone

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK DON’T discuss by phone. Always e mail them. Keep all emails. If no facility to email send dated letters to head office, keep copies. Say account needs closing immediately, send any docs (POA/death cert)give deadline or will cancel dd. Cancel it by d/line. Use your corre as evid

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have several peices of equipment hardwired and they too are affected by the intermittent dropouts. This also affects the phone. And sometime after 10pm the router will completely lose all connection for roughly 15/20mins, trying to reconnect via the admin page never works.
