    @VodafoneUK switched to Virgin for my broadband and phone line on the 30th July, you are still showing as wanting to charge me at the end of August when I have already paid for services until 19th of August last month. Why do you intend to charge me if I am no longer a customer?

    Having bad phone problems with @VodafoneUK which they acknowledge. Phoned up about 4 weeks ago promised a manager would phone me back within 24hrs. No call. Phoned again last Friday a manager would definitely phone me within 24 hrs. 4 days later-no call. Really poor.

    @VodafoneUK 10 days to my early upgrade, you have removed the option. Yet t has been available for the last 21 months on the app. Customer service refuse to help. False advertising
