    @VodafoneUK So i’m expected to carry paying for 5 accounts that are essentially useless until the special part turns up? What if it doesn’t? This is exceptionally poor. I’m already subscribed to ‘updates’ they’re pretty substandard on info so far given they just confirm it isn’t working

    @VodafoneUK Can anyone help? I'm in my second attempt of upgrading but I'm not getting the Credit Agreement sent to my email so I can't sign it and then my order is automatically cancelled. Conversed with advisor who says it's a "System issue". 🙃
