@VodafoneUK phoned today to upgrade two phones, been a loyal customer for over 10 years, first call £45.90 for upgrade, second call it went to £47.90 with £29 upfront cost, then I phoned complaints, he told me very sorry and he will come back with very best price , £61.29.☹
