    @VodafoneUK I place my broadband order on 26/10/22 and I’m still not connected because @OpenreachHelp still do but have a port available. Customer service are not helping. This is getting ridiculous, when will this be resolved?

    @callybeaton @VodafoneUK I was the same with Three ... but it was a horrible breakup... crying down the phone ... offering to do whatever I wanted to stay together ... it was heartbreaking

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I should have been connected 28/11/22 but no port was available then an engineer was sent to resolve the issue 1/12/22, they couldn’t. You assured Vodafone it would be resolved by 31/12/22 at the very latest. It hasn’t been. Failure after failure.

    @VodafoneUK I’m having a nightmare receiving money that you’ve wrongly charged me to cancel my bill. I’ve called 4 times each time you’ve said it will be in my account and still nothing. Now my account is saying inactive when you’re still supplying1/2

    @OpenreachHelp Several times. You guaranteed @VodafoneUK that it would be resolved 31/12/22 it still hasn’t been and I have no time scale of when it will be. If I do not get an adequate resolution from yourselves soon I will have no other option than @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK @vuecinemas Another year where Vodafone can take your money and not give you credit, twice iv called up and they say they can't do anything about it or refund me the credit or money but at least I can swith to a different network now

    @VodafoneUK No problem - I'm keen to avoid waste and not have it sitting around being useless. Maybe there's some cost-effective scheme to encourage others to do similar? Better for the planet and a nice bit of PR for Vodafone as it shows a bit of corporate responsibility?
