Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

@VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls

@VodafoneUK Are you going to fix this anytime soon? I see many users are reporting this. This is unacceptable. Suggestions to fix that have been posted are no good as (a) those options do not exist in iOS and (b) that is not a fix, just a workaround, why should people disable a 4g service

Look, I don't like calling out companies. But my dad passed away in early 2022 - our phones were under the same contract, so I contacted @VodafoneUK to have his line closed. I sent the death certificate etc as they requested. Never heard back, presumed they'd done it.

@VodafoneUK Your website claims I can get Full Fibre, however everywhere else (ThinkBroadband, OpenReach, etc) claim my area/street is not ready yet. How can I be sure you can really offer Full Fibre? Does Vodafone roll its own fibre network without OpenReach?
