    Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK I did exactly that last time when the issue began and no one came back to, so not wasting my time. I suggest you fix the glitch & compensate for poor service

    @VodafoneUK the easiest way to lose customer...hire incompetent advisers. You just lost 3 contracts. Once I'm done with you there is no way I will stay with you. A customer screwed is a customer lost. The worst company ever.

    @VodafoneUK @zoonphonanta good luck with it Alf. Took me 2 months of ringing every day, getting cut off, being promised new modems, engineer visits. All to no avail. Broke free of the shackles and went with Virgin. Not an issue since.

    @VodafoneUK I am not trying to be a **** here, but I am fed off by companies just giving **** customer service and not being called out on it. I had the same problems with @bt_uk. Unfortunately the help desk people are the face of the company so they get all the heat.
