Anyone have any experience of @WeGift @VodafoneUK incentives? I switched Broadband to Vodafone at the start of 2021. Part of the deal was that I'd get a £100 Amazon gift card. I'm still waiting despite numerous contacts with both WeGift and Vodafone. Vodafone unwilling to help.

@VodafoneUK I can't get through on the phone line because my phone (which I am trying to replace) is broken, ie I cannot do number selections on it, so each time the call connects I get cut off because I cannot select the options. The webchat doesnt allow me to purchase the phone. Help!
