    @VodafoneUK I ordered Gigafast 500 today and want to port my existing number from BT to you. Have had 2 Live Chats and service has been awful. Neither seem to understand what I’m asking and spelling from advisers is appalling. Not great experience as a new customer. Help please

    @VodafoneUK waste of time on chat trying to cancel a contract when the cancellation team closes at 9pm, would be great if they can advise of that before the complete waste of everyone’s time!

    @VodafoneUK hi my phone went for repairs 04/02 and nobody can tell me where it is or when I am getting it back. I've spent about 5 hours on the phone since it went trying to find out but still none the wiser. Working 12 hour shifts and wasting my time off chasing this pls help
