@VodafoneUK I would want it to keep track of my comms with @VodafoneUK. Their chats never come to my email and the number of times I have called and been told there is no note of the previous call on their system is ridiculous. A bonus feature would be truth or lie emoji for agent comments!

@VodafoneUK I am about to call 999 for the wellfare off one of your DM advisers. Its been almost 15.minutes since they said they would look at account. I give it 15 more minutes just incase it's slow response due 2 inadequate train regarding customer services and disability
