    Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK Hopefully that solves the problem phones are great but the slightest thing and they are no better than 2 baked bean cans and a piece of string lol you would of thought they would show a bit more urgency with your dad being disabled.i always play the Disability card

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK is an extremely poor company. Took a huge amount of money out of my bank account but when waiting for compensation agreed with the company they fail to give me the compensation and put the phone down on me when speaking to managers. Avoid this company.

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to upgrade my phone for 4 days and spoken to 7 different advisors… and no one knows what they are doing and can’t sort my order. As a customer of 15+ years - why is it so hard to just take my money and upgrade my contact?

    @VodafoneUK Why do you not provide proof of purchase at the point of sale? Having to request it later adds to the stress & delay of claiming for a lost/stolen device. Issue it at point of sale and include 'save this as you may need it in the event of a claim'. Such an easy win.

    @VodafoneUK once again Harman Chalal strikes again left the network all bills paid he’s now claiming I have outstanding balance of £304 and a early termination fee off £1300 unfortunately for Harman I have all proof bills paid left with zero balance but Vodafone refuse to help
