Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@katlightner @JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK I’m more annoyed by the fact that it seems to be a simple problem to solve, all the texts have the exact same style, they must be sending thousands at a time, clearly if anyone is sending a txt from DHL then I would expect to see .DHL. in the url ? If it’s not simply reject it?

@MintoNeil Yeah tried that. The message when I rang @VodafoneUK was they're too busy to take calls, so use online chat. Was online for an hour, very slow response and nothing decent offered. Very disappointing when I've been a customer for years :(
