    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

Kindly get to the bottom of this as am sure lot of citizens will be similarly targeted by these fake numbers. ARPU going up in the wrong way won’t help the people’s cause

    Dear @VodafoneUK my nephew wants to cancel his contract which ran out in MARCH. Apparently U only allow people to cancel by phone so U can ‘discuss next steps’. Is this code for something? Anyway he tried to call several times, no answer, phone now in for repair & your 1/2

    @VodafoneUK really poor customer service on home broadband. Two weeks, seven agents later, empty promises, still not sorted and then to add insult to injury told that deal can't be done. Agent hung up and I'm left hanging!!!!
