James Lamb (@Lamb2ja) reported from Reading, England@VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything.
