On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.
