    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK Maybe first you could sort your existing customers? I have spend 5 days speaking with 5 different people. 10h on the phone and you cannot just move my contract on a new address. The worst customer service ever 🤬 every time lies, "issue is solved" Where is my Internet connection?

    @VodafoneUK My internet connection has been lost regularly for 3-4 days. It takes at leas 1 min and at least 19 connection lost a day. I create a ticket on it, and no one arrives. Are you always going to say that we directed a team but close the issue? Vodafone never again!!!
