    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @OpenreachHelp @Matthew04497751 Okay, I’m not really asking for a full update, I’m just asking when it’s going to back on? @VodafoneUK said they couldn’t do anything, it was an openreach problem. So maybe someone from either company could be a little more helpful to the customer?

    @VodafoneUK I once again requested an email of confirmation of cancellation at the end of the online chat. If this doesn't happen it will highlight your internal communication errors & failures. Your #CustomerService is beyond poor, it's almost negligence

    So i'm moving in less than 10 days and need to transfer my internet over for the past 2 weeks 4 times @VodafoneUK have promised to call me back within 24 hours to arrange it. It'll just be easier to cancel the contract and go with someone else at this point.
