Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

How I hate @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 2nd time phone in for repair in as many weeks - explained its battery drainage problems but they say they can’t find anything wrong & r sending back. Tied to my contract til May. There r real safety issues to not having a phone that works.

Vodafone UK @VodafoneUK Ive just spent another hour of my time trying to sort the same issue out! I have been offered a deal and Vodafone now wont honour it. AVOID VODAHONE AT ALL COSTS! They do not honour or care about contracts!
