We have phoned three time and were promised a call back the last time. Heard nothing and can’t get hold of anyone now. Been mobile customers for years, very disappointed. Will be cancelling

My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone

Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.
