    @HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

    @VodafoneUK I paid my phone bill a few days ago, I can see the money has gone out from my account to Vodafone but I've been receiving texts saying it's still due. When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?

    @VodafoneUK Have a problem with my account that cannot be solved by a bot. There are no options on the automated message not on MyVodafone to resolve it, hence the call.

    @brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK When I told them I was leaving them for GIFF GAFF after 25 years, they offered me a 50p per month discount as a valued customer. I laughed out loud. I am very happy with GIFF GAFF.

    @mileswithshell @VodafoneUK It’s the worst ever I did a live chat with them took 2 hours and 2 people and 2 bots when the bill came it was more so I sent a copy of the chat and saved and they said we should not of gave you that price but will honour the deal

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to cancel my upgrade but the live chat tells me to call 191 and 191 tells me to go to live chat. It’s a joke. I don’t have prime for 5 days because of this and can’t even get the membership directly from Amazon because I paid you for the service.

    Hey @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp I’ve been waiting for OpenReach to install my WiFi for 3 weeks. 4th time cancelled today with no notification due to “technical issue”. Been told need to rebook and looking at least another 2 weeks. Seriously???????

    @VodafoneUK horrendous service recently. Rang to see what can be done today and was told by customer service he'd ring back in an hour. At 2pm. So here I am, at 4:45pm, 15mins into hold music and still no further on. Disgraceful by such a big company

    @VodafoneUK Yep, done all of that, Ana changed browser from Firefox to Edge - same results! I’d put aside a half hour browsing time to make a final decision so would prefer to do that before calling. Will have to wait for another day now. Thanks anyway! So your site’s not down?
