@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

Transfer/activation date was given as 15th and Plusnet ceased old service at that point. Vodafone, after me pushing, give various stories about what is happening
