Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.

@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

@mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK has still not resolved my issue. The service is in my fathers name. We tried contacting Vodafone again today and all the CS team said wait 24hrs. We contacted yesterday as well and they said the same thing. @VodafoneUK are waisting peoples valuable time and effort.

In the days of Queen Victoria, a letter with a stamp would take roughly a day and night to reach another part of the UK. Hell, even the stage coach is quicker than @VodafoneUK customer service
