    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

    @VodafoneUK So, after 14days of trying to access My Vodafone, I gave up and cancelled my contract in the last day of the cooling period. Have tweeted @N5JFY to describe my nightmare with #Vodafail. Went back to @EE which is light years ahead. Hopefully OTA signal will improve one day.

    @x_chimble_x @VodafoneUK They are the worst operator in the United Kingdom I suggest going on trustpilot or resolver and making a complaint I've been complaining for 3-months on zoom meetings at work and drops out every couple of minutes same old story under deliver underdeliver

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service this morning. Having been charged £10 for call to a UK landline and told its international you are not prepared to credit this amount. At no point was I informed that this call would be chargeable. I'm within my 14 days and will go elsewhere
