I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.
