Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)
