@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

@VodafoneUK very bad business customer service will lie to me just to try to make me keep my vast number of lines I have with you have had to buy a virgin mobile phone just to get my calls as been unable to get calls for number weeks despite number of calls and visits to them

Finally thought they were gonna sort it in DMs now only had 2 messages since 16.39. Unbelievable mate. How can they start live chat and just not reply
