@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

lol when @VodafoneUK disconnects 6 contract phones over a mistake, then cannot reconnect them to the point where NON of them work properly, then expect you to still pay the bill.... Yeh, bounced between 3 departments and no one can fix it, not paying a penny, sorry :)

@VodafoneUK what a joke got internet if you can call it internet. Didn’t work properly sold me a pro 11 with 3 boosters 24:7 tech help. Extra £10 per month sent me 1 booster with a hub that’s as much use as a chocolate chisel. Had 1hr.30 on phone again today said they would call
