She’s been 3 weeks without a phone, paying for new tariff she can’t use. She doesn’t understand what’s what when on phone. Help please!

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

Tell them you don’t want their internet anymore because it’s slow, keeps crashing and expensive and they really show you what slow and crashing is during your notice period.
