@VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Oi @VodafoneUK sort out your coverage for Nantwich CW5, it’s been intermittent at best since last Thursday, no calls, texts, messages or 4G coverage. Appalling service.

@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.
