    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUK disappointed! Got a tablet in store, told no tethering limits to my 40gig yet stung with a £80 bill and told I cant tether. Sort it out! Only got it to tether as upgraded from a wifi dongle...complete joke. #complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the webchat earlier. You really need to get this issue resolved ASAP because there is a real safety issue with women and children not having mens to makes calls when they are out of a WiFi area. The irony of it all is that 3's head office is in Maidenhead.
