    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

I've even had a few consumers make a profit out of these scams by getting a refund from the scam company AND the network! You have to be very persistent though. Legally, you best claim is against ModoMobi.

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't worry. Turns out it was some idiot/criminal in your Newcastle store (150 miles away) who cancelled my SIM and gave a replacement SIM to somebody who isn't me. Swapped the SIM back to the real me now.
