It would have been much more for the month ending tomorrow if there wasn't a default £150 cap on the account. Before this happened he'd never gone over his usual monthly charge in years of being with you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • peoniespretties
Sarah 🌷 (@peoniespretties) reported from Southampton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

  • nchechina
Natalia Chechina (@nchechina) reported from Southampton, England

@BBCBenThompson @ThreeUK @BBCBreakfast Just realised that #threemobile is down on a bus -- was on wifi at home. Thank you #thebluestar buses for free wifi to download a train ticket :).

@ThreeUKSupport Also for the record a total of 9 people from your company have promised to call me back with updates on this issue over the last week and NOT ONE has done this

  • adieoneill
adie o'neill (@adieoneill) reported from Fareham, England

@ThreeUK - Beyond hopeless, call back a few minutes later for the guy to tell me my upgrade package has been cancelled. Now waiting another month to receive a phone. Amazing service 🤮🙄

  • Desirodave
Dave 🏳️‍🌈 (@Desirodave) reported from Eastleigh, England

@ThreeUK hi 👋 I need to change my address- the 3 app won't let me as it says I still have the 3 home signal box - I returned that a couple of yrs ago Can I call in to a physical store to change my address?

Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

  • The_Tw4tter
    A #BloodyCyclist (@The_Tw4tter) reported from Southampton, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK signal has been awful for the whole week since your outage. Calling you support is just "a long wait" or "use our app" but the live chat on the app never has anyone available.

  • pwfcomp
Paul Compton (@pwfcomp) reported from Gosport, England

@ThreeUKSupport I wasn’t to worried about the penny, just why we both had it😉 tried the online help it was down.

  • newworldruler
Daniel Martin-Corben (@newworldruler) reported from Portsmouth, England

@SafeT @virginmedia @ThreeUK I think it's service work too, I understand things have to be done, but you'd think they'd at least warm me and I could have made other plans.

  • GavinReeman
Gavin Reeman (@GavinReeman) reported from Fareham, England

@ThreeUKSupport can someone from your customer service please get in touch with me. I’ve been fobbed off constantly with a problem on my account, I’m about ready to cancel the contract! I’ve been a customer of yours for 6 years and I’m utterly livid!

  • hanaxruth
hannah 🎃 (@hanaxruth) reported from Southampton, England

  • BillieRaePhoto
Billie Rae (@BillieRaePhoto) reported from Portsmouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport I did when I went in store but I found the guy on the phone to cancel the broadband side rather pushy.

  • leafyfififoo
fay 🍃 (@leafyfififoo) reported from Wootton Bridge, England

@ThreeUKSupport Wish I'd had a warning, there used to be one texted out if work was going on locally. I'm working from home & need signal (WiFi calling is too flaky!).

  • daveunder
Dave Underwood (@daveunder) reported from Portsmouth, England

@tomhfh @ThreeUK I’m with O2 I’ve had very few problems and I’ve been with them for years

  • JSweetman92
Josh Sweetman (@JSweetman92) reported from Havant, England

@BumperGraham @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Graham, We've messaged their social media team about 10 times without a response 😂 They claim someone else must have called off his mobile. Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

  • dolb21
Bogdan Dolanescu (@dolb21) reported from Portsmouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport The issue is nationwide. Everywhere i go, even london i get slow speeds barely enough to load a youtube music video.

  • toriladybuguk
Tori the ladybird lover (@toriladybuguk) reported from Portsmouth, England

@jamesSAFCmoore @DanChecklin @ThreeUK If it impacts the ability to work. Or in my case HELP others work I would have loved to hear A SORRY at least!

    rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported

@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • jamesshawvideo
    jamesshawvideo (@jamesshawvideo) reported

Hey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? I’ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • rularulz
    Rula Abdelrazek (@rularulz) reported

@ThreeUK has worst service and reception! Terrible and not worth the money!

  • DJKennyJaymes
Kenny Jaymes. Never Forget Rememberance Sunday (@DJKennyJaymes) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

  • 80iishh
    huey freeman (@80iishh) reported

@ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.

  • HavocAgain
    Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I'm too fed up to complain. I just want to know why the service is so poor in Worcester and WHEN it will be retsored to something like normal? @tomcollinsworcs Please can someone from @ThreeUKSupport reply ... pretty please???

  • thompsonrob
    ithompsonrob 27.0 🇬🇧 (@thompsonrob) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What can I say… Your customer service/ LIVE CHAT is absolutely useless!! Absolutely disgusting and useless!! 🤬🤬

  • idrees_suhail
    Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
