    @ThreeUKSupport been having issues all morning with ur network. Internet has been very hit and miss and not been able to make an important phone call. Not happy

    Finally got round to cancelling my @ThreeUK mobile broadband account as I mainly use my phone contract and it was just as hard work as I expected. I don’t want to buy anything, just let me cancel.

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

    @JSxully @ThreeUK This is why I left Three for Vodafone years ago. Using Three in major cities became a serious issue for me where Vodafone has never once caused me a signal problem. Plus I know ways to get the deals.

    @ThreeUKSupport Applied for a contract on a promo offer - was told by cust srvcs had to take ID into store, did all this and still no confirmation of my contract, if this application is stopped I expect you to refund my upfront and the early cancel fee from my current contract

    @ThreeUK I'm not happy with your staff services to customer they are not helpfull, last time I ve asked for internet 10 pound top up they did not gave me right information that you have to use t App to convert in to data package 07838878410 and I lost my recharge Westquay Mall

    @ThreeUKSupport Advisors and Live Chat unavailable. £100 of ‘Free Messages’ at £4.50 a message over recent months - Premerium Message Service Received Messages. Refund/compensation and report/complain - HELP PLEASE!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 3 love calling there customer lair charging you for something you not used.. in first place as you had foreign sims in them country’s impossible Secondly there over priced I think in the first place!!

    @ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.
