    Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

I cannot imagine what catastrophic issue has occurred at 3 such that it continues for 14+ hours & 3 don't want to properly inform their customers of status. Ransomware?
