    Have to say hats off to @EE worked remotely today. Mostly remote sessions in weird places today. Tethered to the iPad Pro on the way home to watch films. No issue at all. @ThreeUK on the second line couldn’t even sync email for most of it.

    @ThreeUKSupport If this was a credit card they'd say "sorry that happened sir, we've blocked that charge and won't pay the company" I've told you it's a scam, that I didn't sign up, and you're still going to pay them! And you expect me to contact them to get MY money back. Just cancel it!

    @ThreeUKSupport No one wants to pay £4.50 for a link to a holiday website. It's a scam. You're enabling scammers, don't give them a platform. If this was on my credit card they'd deal with it, so if you want to act link a payment service then you should act like one.

    @Swim1965 @EE @O2 @ThreeUK Yeah the BT involvement with EE is a bit weird and twisted. They tried buying a couple of years back, but was refused. EE for me has always had the speed I want, no other network touches them speed wise, not ones I have used anyway.

    @ThreeUK I upgraded my daughters phone last week. It should of been delivered Thursday, since then I have spent over 20 minutes on the phone,3 times, getting told phone back tomorrow. Now they said they will cancel the order within 48 hours so I can reorder due to technical issue

    @ThreeUKSupport She’s managed to cancel it now, but she’s still been given a bill of over £100 to pay for you when the account wasn’t even being used. Also I’d like to note that part of that charge is for the handset, which after 2 years would have been paid off. So why was this still charged???

    @ThreeUKSupport She had 3 accounts, and cancelled them over the phone. 1 of the accounts you didn’t cancel and kept charging her for, but because there was no bank account linked you charged her £5 for failed DD, then you did this again. Then told her it was her fault for not contacting you.

    @LozzaFox @EE A prime example of how loyal customers get ripped off. Orange did same to me, changed to @ThreeUK sim only, bought phone as a business expense. Use loads of data, contract recently reduced from £20 to £17 by them as they realised I never went over my allowance. Great service.
