    @ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isnโ€™t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and canโ€™t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone wonโ€™t make or receive calls. Neither will my sonโ€™s or sisters phone - all with three - is there an issue please? Iโ€™m in SS2 and they are in SS9 postcodes.

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parentโ€™s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?ยฉ

    @ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

    @ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, donโ€™t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up โ€ฆ.. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took ยฃ140 out of my account when I was told it wouldnโ€™t go out, 5 times Iโ€™ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waitingโ€ฆ
