@ThreeUK Until it doesn't work and you have zero signal. Yet my other phone is working fine on 3....any ideas? Your helpline told me the service was down in my postcode yet 3 other phones in my house work and it happened from Newcastle to Durham and still isn't working

@MartinSLewis what are the rules ref companies increasing prices mid contract? Sky have just hiked price by 14% (contract started in November) and @ThreeUK by 14.4% (contract started last month!) this doesn't seem fair to me - especially when I would have to pay fees to cancel

@ThreeUKSupport not only I place a complain only to be sent a letter asking me to complain to the watchdog as they don’t care. Call their customer service and they bluntly say we can’t do anything feel free to cancel the contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke with someone on chat who was no real help. I now have to take a day off work unpaid Monday for it to be delivered because you don't do Saturday delivery.
