    im actually vexed. i reported it on the 2nd of march. reported AGAIN on the 6th march. reached out AGAIN on the 16th march and this later is dated from the 20th march and i receive it on the 25th (today). what ******** are you lot playing at? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to you every month. You have said it was a back office system issue and have even asked me to cancel and set up a new DD. This has still not worked. It’s not good enough. I am currently seeking advice to understand my next steps, including terminating my contract.

    i reported it for FRAUD on TWO occasions and a third time I rang for an update which I was told I’d be contacted in 72 hours and i received NO CALL. UPDATE. NOTHING. i want compensation for the emotional damage this has caused me. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport She's only had the contract a few months but she's out of work at the min due to illness so I've been giving her the money to pay, she didn't get any errors, just a message to say it was paid so there was no button for her to make a payment

    @ThreeUKSupport Truly awful customer service from Three. Have been trying to resolve an issue with them since December & not getting anywhere! Beware of joining Three because if anything goes wrong there’s no UK based customer team that will help you on the phone.
