Awful from @ThreeUK. I was told TWICE in September there was no need to do anything to my contract and I wouldn’t be charged Roaming, only to find out now that I have to pay Roaming charges in May. Absolutely gutted.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. New phone and sim arrived. I phoned up and customer services said put the new sim in, they would activate it so my old sim would stop working and my old number would transfer across. This worked for half an hour, and the new phone and sim showed my old number 1/

@verge I'm not sure what VPN tech Apple Privacy uses, but I know I have all kinds of issues with IPSec VPNs on certain cell towers on @ThreeUK - I can tell as it works in some areas and not others. I assume they have different generations of tower with different config / CNAT.
