    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did a contract and wasn't satisfied with d service,called the customer care and I was sent a PAC code for the porting and despite assuring me I won't b charged for d monthly bill,I was charged and cin am bin billed for the next direct debit soon!!!

    @ThreeUK this is a disgrace! Have been chasing you for a month to get a confirmation blacklist report and network usage doc. Your customer service keep saying the email has been sent but not received anything. I’m going to lose my insurance claim because of this! #customerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport @GZilani Three were replying exactly this to Samsung watch owners last year, why offer the pixel watch LTE if we can't use it on the network. I've been with three for almost 20 years but may be forced to switch to another carrier that support watches already. This should be standard!
