After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!

Another 2 hr conversation with @ThreeUK. Have been told that the debt will be wiped of there system , but sorry I will still have to pay said debt because they ****** up and sent it to debt recovery agency. No offer of compensation, no admission of guilt. Still no resolution 🤬

@JonesAnwenmob @ThreeUKSupport Same here! I’ve temporarily moved to Italy since June and need to stay here during pandemic to support my family. Today they locked my SIM, talked to the support and still locked. If this won’t get resolved ASAP by this week I will contact a lawyer.
