    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport What you're saying is your network is congested permanently then. It's unusable which is a problem when you're not giving what you're selling.

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @jonworsley0 @harriettbusby @ThreeUK I just joined from 02 and am going back as the coverage is so bad. Calls go silent all the time for a few seconds. This is in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Had no idea before I signed up.

    Wonderful service at @ThreeUK After all afternoon online: (we have no mobile signal!) - "We have stopped providing Home Signal Box and as per the checks on your account, we can offer you free of cost cancellation on your account"

    @ThreeUKSupport @eiecampaign Learn a lesson here @ThreeUK otherwise you will haemorrhage customers the word is out, your explanation is weak to say the least, we are in the worst period of the ruling class in government people need to galvanise and need support and you decide to shut down a social movement

    @IngerdhI @XAPBob @ThreeUK In the end after a lot of insistence (and anger) from my part it finally got escalated to someone who was able to provide actual service. I spoke with a lovely lady with a Scottish accent who took one look at the record, apologised profusely, and sorted it in minutes. 2/2
