@ThreeUKSupport Why are you advertising e-sim on your UK site as being available in the UK when there not. As an existing customer with an IPhone 12 I cannot use the dual sim function which I need. When will they be available? Other Networks seem to be on top of this.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolute shambles! Had text saying issue resolved never received any calls but trying to get a PAC code now and phone is still blocked! Trying to keep the same number! Unbelievably crap customer service!

@ThreeUKSupport My partner is on webchat and they are saying they’ve done all they can, have to wait for a call....we’ve been told this numerous times over the weeks and never actually received a single call! All we need is the bloody PAC code so she can leave Three and move to @VodafoneUK !

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered a new sim only contact back in Nov. Never arrived. Called up,replacement sent out. Sim arrived 20 days later. Has never worked. What I guess to be the replacement sim arrived 24 Dec. Sealed empty envelope. (1/2)
