    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUKSupport There has been practically no data service for over the past week. Yet if you leave the area and enter what I assume is the next base-station location, you get it back.

    @ThreeUKSupport What you're saying is your network is congested permanently then. It's unusable which is a problem when you're not giving what you're selling.

    Had a bloke on @ThreeUK live chat offer me an “exclusive deal” for my over 15 years of using their service. I checked the numbers and he was offering me a deal for the exact same price as new customers are being offered, just with the monthly costs altered slightly. Con artists!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've rang up after an hour on phone maybe sorted. Wasn't for me to cancel, your mistake you even admitted that in January. You then charged for it but can see now it never came but then put me back on highest tariff.. isn't what was agreed. Told them sort it this week or ofcom

    Have been on a chat with @ThreeUKSupport for an hour trying to get a PAC code and cancel my contract. Super frustrated with @threeuk who stopped my EU roaming, so I can't receive texts (but still took my money). And then I'm told I can only move ahead by receiving a text.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am more than happy to either switch to a 1 year plan ideally at the same price because of all this hassle and being mis sold the service or happy to keep for 2 years if I can get it discounted from £14 to£10 in lieu of the static ip.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Muz, I'll give a 3 SIM a try. I don't really have an issue with NAT 3, it's *double* NAT which is the problem.. Most carriers don't have a big enough pool of public IP addresses to assign to individual SIM cards. On the three support forum it is suggested that public IP/1
