    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @PSobocki @ThreeUK It's newer spectrum so not all devices support it but newer devices do. Next time you change it will likely support it

    @ThreeUKSupport What you're saying is your network is congested permanently then. It's unusable which is a problem when you're not giving what you're selling.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport hello - how easy is it to get a e sim ? I’m going to buy the new I phone 17 once it’s comes i out and if it comes with no sim support then would I be able to get e sim and would there be any cost ? On sim it’s just my contacts that’s stored ?

    @ThreeUKSupport I put in a complaint on the 15th July. Have heard nothing so assume it had not been investigated or you can't be bothered to ask your customer what's wrong and why they raised the complaint

    Well after a week were my phone decided to pack up. @O2 decided to absolutely screw me with the most disgustingly shocking customer service, I’m now back with @ThreeUK who brilliantly got me back up and running. Still can’t get back into my iTunes though!

    @ThreeUK Once again being charged for data roaming that I am not using, nor doing. Got an eSIM in the phone that is connecting to the network. The 3 Sim is off for data. Please indicate how I get this refunded. Your baseline policy is garbage

    @obynodan @ThreeUK Might be worth checking to see if they've taken out the majority of your masts out for "upgrades" like they have done with 4/6 of the ones near me... Whoever's planned all this upgrade work needs a shake, absolutely stupid mines already been down for the best part of 2 weeks 1/
