@MartinSLewis what are the rules ref companies increasing prices mid contract? Sky have just hiked price by 14% (contract started in November) and @ThreeUK by 14.4% (contract started last month!) this doesn't seem fair to me - especially when I would have to pay fees to cancel

@ThreeUKSupport not only I place a complain only to be sent a letter asking me to complain to the watchdog as they don’t care. Call their customer service and they bluntly say we can’t do anything feel free to cancel the contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke with someone on chat who was no real help. I now have to take a day off work unpaid Monday for it to be delivered because you don't do Saturday delivery.
