  @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

I spoke with a lovely lady with a Scottish accent who took one look at the record, apologised profusely, and sorted it in minutes. 2/2
