Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Upminster and nearby locations:

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard exactly the same “hymn” - giving you my post ode is pointless - the network is broken and shamefully so. The network Is dishonest. The network I not fit for purpose in any city.

  • hal7474 gianluca giorgi (@hal7474) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK at this point I do believe this a proper joke. A comic movie about a proper fraud. I really had enough... they said they would have sent me a new sim. It happened two weeks ago. maybe they are delivering it at the same speed of their network

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@meddymadz @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @LukeShawWorcs Same thing here. I think they are overwhelmed by the scale of the problem and have zero f’s to give about how much of a bad effect this is having on peoples lives.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • ThisIsJennykins Jennifer Johnson (@ThisIsJennykins) reported from Basildon, England

Fuming with @ThreeUK right now. Been on hold/passed around for 1 hour and 40 mins so far and still counting...Shocking customer service. Clearly, being a loyal customer with 4 contracts doesn't make much of a difference 🤬😠 #three #ThingsWeShouldCancel

  • BIGrsJ JMP 🇬🇧 (@BIGrsJ) reported from Eltham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service is 👎🏻 Needs to be on point & your business department is the worst I’ve delt with.

  • gouldydl Dawn Gould (@gouldydl) reported from Dartford, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK please provide me with the ceo contact details I want to escalate a complaint

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

  • NwaanyiOwerre Oge bu ndu (@NwaanyiOwerre) reported from Walthamstow, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it hasn’t. I want to leave this network. All you do is take people’s money and not provide an appropriate network or service.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK you promised me support and today you have failed massively. I can’t speak to anyone via chat or on the phone that can see my active complaint - I need to speak to someone in the UK but it’s impossible.

  • MarkHamilton76 Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

  • annaphili98 💫Aɳɳα💫 (@annaphili98) reported from Walthamstow, England

Internet is crap in Leytonstone been here 3 days now @ThreeUK 4g please sort it

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

  • tnzanite Tango Kilo (@tnzanite) reported from Crayford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I do not have any service now! While on the train, in one part of the journey I did receive mobile signal, but when I reached home it’s gone again!

  • JumaimaKay 10 (@JumaimaKay) reported from Walthamstow, England

I actually have to leave @ThreeUK the signal for this network is beyond pants

  • gouldydl Dawn Gould (@gouldydl) reported from Dartford, England

Anyone else had problems with @ThreeUK been trying to port a number since last Thursday to 3 & keep getting fobbed off.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Dalejake Ian B (@Dalejake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @johnnyb_mcl Same here , been with 3 for 15 years but feel there falling further and further behind other networks , getting sms at least once a month saying problems in your area .can’t see me lasting much longer

  • H0llyanda H0llyanda (@H0llyanda) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport my signal in L33 is absolutely SHOCKING and I have both mobile and MiFi so I have no options when there’s no signal, can’t work at home and tied into contracts. Can you help? Already tried turning it off and on again…

  • Kilrathal Sam (@Kilrathal) reported

@jarek2705 @ThreeUK i can mirror this been with them for ages. Any concerns i raise get ignored. biggest one for me 4 years of being stringed along for apple watch support. pathetic isn't it

  • cyyanide02 (💀Wraith) Cyyanide02 (@cyyanide02) reported

@ThreeUK Three absolutely sucks for network coverage. Avoid

  • DannyBreeden Danny Breeden (@DannyBreeden) reported

@ThreeUKSupport One of the sim cards is a couple of years old, the other one was new in the summer, both experiencing same issues, one Samsung and one iPhone

  • mattjsatkinson Matt Atkinson (@mattjsatkinson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently moved house and it says on the signal checker that I should be getting very good indoor 4g signal. I barely get a signal at all. Is there a problem in the area?

  • Baffo_87 JB (@Baffo_87) reported

@speedyred711 @ThreeUK Tinder not working again?

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, Yes it has. As I mentioned before, she has called twice, the last being Thursday last week. We’ve checked this morning and still nothing. As I said before, this isn’t about the money but a system which puts the onus on the customer to ask for their money back.

  • oorwullie66 John Craig (@oorwullie66) reported

@ThreeUKSupport dreadful service been loyal customer for over 13 years want to cancel contract asked for password couldn’t remember told only had one more chance no other options beyond memorable word when renewing same thing happened funny you found a way to verify me then

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Iain, I would have thought it would have been possible to issue a statement and then credit the amount back to the original account unless it’s challenged within a suitable period?
