I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days

Big mistake to ditch landline & use same provider for mobile phone & mobile broadband. When it goes down I lose everything! @ThreeUK been having intermittent problems in my area for few days. Very frustrating as yesterday @ThreeUKSupport wouldn’t accept problem with their network

@noodlemaz @ThreeUK @TfL Yeah it’s rubbish.. never had any signal on the three Wi-Fi on Elizabeth line, ended up leaving when they hiked my contract price and went with lebara which has no pretend Wi-Fi but is also a fraction of the cost and has better signal

@ThreeUKSupport As I stated before.... I spoke to someone via webchat last week who told me the network would be up and running in 2 hours! A week on and still nothing! But they couldn't wait to pass me to someone else so they could sell me something! So no! And it's day 9 with no network!
