@ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@ThreeUKSupport Let’s hope so. I’ve been very patient, despite being repeatedly “lied” to. As much as I want to stay a customer of @ThreeUK, being able to have dual sim capability via eSim is more important to me. If that means moving to EE, so be in.

@ThreeUK Hi, my 3g router isn't working properly. My phone and Kindle won't connect to it, my laptop will. I can only access YouTube and netflix, nothing else. 3 tech support said to restart and reset it. Nothing is happening.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s purely down to your capacity, unless you are going to upgrade that then I’m stuck with it. I’m tired of turning the router on and off to get an hour of acceptable speeds before it all slows down again. It used to be usable but now it’s a nightmare. Thank god for #O2

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve called that number many times, and it was the operators on the end of that number that told me there is nothing they can do within the foreseeable future, if you really want to help then get the mast in my area fixed I can provide details of where I am if needs be.
