    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @ThreeUKSupport NO INTERNET AGAIN THIS MORNING, you sent me a new Hub but has stopped working, internet on legs!!! total rubbish service!! Going to cancel the direct debit as it’s not fit for purpose!!!!!

    @CFC_Kings21 @ThreeUK Yeah, are you really surprised by that. They pay you a **** load of money to get good PR. Right now they get **** PR by being associated with you, so of course they distance themselves from Chelsea. If you expected any loyalty then Chelsea should have had 3 on for free
