    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport NO INTERNET AGAIN THIS MORNING, you sent me a new Hub but has stopped working, internet on legs!!! total rubbish service!! Going to cancel the direct debit as it’s not fit for purpose!!!!!

    Having just upgraded to the S22 Ultra, I decided to get my son his first contract phone in line with mine. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for about 13 years now, and apparently they're genuinely happy to dismiss a potential life long customer over £30. Kinda disappointed, really.

    @ThreeUK I'm extremely bored of having hardly any mobile signal in most places I go on your network. Never ever get 4g as a minimum. Usually have to drop my phone down to 3g only to get anything to work. Bought this up hundreds of times to people in stores and online

    Hi @ThreeUK. Need help. My daughter's phone broke at Stansted and as an existing customer who was due an upgrade, she got a Samsung A12. However they put her on a £40pm unlimited contract that's £28 online. Can she either get a better phone for that price or reduce the cost?
