    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

    @Lydiaa_Ball @ThreeUKSupport Had exactly the same issue with them last year. Sorry to say it took about 4 months to get resolved. Mainly because I kept explaining the issue and they didn’t understand what I meant. Sooo frustrating. Hope you get it sorted!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya. Customer service reckon delivery was attempted today but I didn't get the text with the time slot or tracking information. They have said it should arrive by Friday so I'll wait and see. Ordered the Samsung S20 FE.

    @FeyiCarter @ThreeUKSupport Totally agree. They lie, repeatedly. And in my case stole over £358 out of my bank account after I was told by customer service that the charge had been cancelled. EE have some really good deals atm.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called 333 on the 21 Sep 2020 to cancel the account. I also have an email from the employee about the deal he was trying to get me to buy and I cancelled the direct debit on the same day obviously thinking that the account was cancelled

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport AGENT KARAN- was not helpful at all. You take all my personal details that confirm my identity & I am the person on the account but still wanted me go and get a new password which is utter bollocks! I have difficulty calling of my phone! Very poor signal!

    @ThreeUKSupport And this is all after an employee in the cancellation department failed to cancel my contract when I called on the 21 Sep 2020. Then after 2 months when the contract was cancelled, another employee delayed the cancellation for another 10 days increasing the final payment due
