    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @ThreeUKSupport just been dumped on live chat to Three, was speaking to them then he decided to stop the chat and the app closed, an half hour of my life gone and will never get it back!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your reply, as you say it is unsatisfactory to be unable to speak to or contact anyone with the authority to resolve issues. We go round in circles with your company giving false promises and lies at every turn. Looks like you are going to defraud us of £75,very sad

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Person calling from this number claiming to be from Three, wants to speak to me about my contract. Asks for my details and what phone using. I said she should have that information if she’s from Three. So I put the phone down. 0117 209 0000 is the No.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, eventually. Kirsty , I’ve been with 3 for years. All my friends have roaming in Canada , no problems. I’m the only person who every 24hours has to piss about renewing a data bastard passport 😡😡 it’s not a problem paying £5 per day , but why can’t I just pay £70 for 14days?

    @threeuksupport Having signal issues on iphone 13 mini in NW5 and WC1 last night/this morning. Phone bars showing good signal but not actually connecting. Have done a phone restart and reset network but nothing. issue on your end?

    @ThreeUK so it now appears that three are a company that not only has a completely ineffective customer complaints procedure, it is obviously happy to try to defraud its ex customer by selling a ficticious debt to a collection company who is willing to threaten innocent people
