@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport just been dumped on live chat to Three, was speaking to them then he decided to stop the chat and the app closed, an half hour of my life gone and will never get it back!

@ThreeUKSupport Today customer services chat couldn't figure out where my order was but cancelled my order and put me through to sales to start again. It was sales that figured out what happened, and put a new order in for me which hopefully will arrive Friday 9 days late.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport, Two Qs... (1) My DD is due on 25/12, what day will it be taken in December? (2) The signal has been poor in EH30, calls/signal continuously dropping out. I've tried to 333 but keeps dropping out. Been like this for c. 2wks. Any ideas?
