I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

@ThreeUKSupport just been dumped on live chat to Three, was speaking to them then he decided to stop the chat and the app closed, an half hour of my life gone and will never get it back!

@ThreeUKSupport Ever since you started rolling out 5G my 4G connectivity has been getting worse. I know it's not the phone, as I'm testing another network's SIM and so far it's consistently better. Your support wasn't much help, as they didn't seem able to type coherently.

@ThreeUK I see you give a 14 day trial, however what if it proves to be unreliable later down the line and I'm stuck in a 24mth contract, you don't give a speed promise like normal WiFi providers ...

With the help of the friendly staff at @tescomobile, wife finally got shot of @ThreeUK for her iPad. 3 would not supply a PAC code until she told them why she was leaving. She replied with one word: "Ombudsman". Instant result.
