@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@ThreeUK customer service is nonexistent 3 days and at 3 hours of my time wasted to get a pac code and as I’m leaving they don’t want to resolve the complaint I raised what a joke after being a customer for 20 years no chance I’d ever return and we will move gf business elsewhere

Never getting a contract with @ThreeUK again. It started at £67 a month and now I’m paying £73. It’s an absolute joke!!! The world is just getting over a pandemic and they’re putting prices up like that?? Got enough inflation happening thanks🙄

@ThreeUK I’m disappointed now, I still cannot access Three +, I could before I changed from pay as you go - to a contract, 4 times I’ve used live chat to try and get this sorted and to no avail even after being promised a call back that never came! Please help!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Usually 13-15 Mbps. Used my phone tethered to my work laptop today due to switching broadband and it worked fine. Just from late afternoon it's been slow.
