Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.

I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!
