    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - yes it’s not commecting anywhere. The Virgin Media Wifi link takes me to a Three website, which tells me the phone should automatically connect to Three Wifi, but this never appears in my list of available wifi connections

    @ThreeUKSupport Technical issues, agents not doing their jobs correctly lots of different excuses. I’m due to call AGAIN today. I had a three contract with the number I wanted to keep and then got a new three contract which I want it transferred to. I’m so sick of dealing with this call centre.

    @ThreeUK I've just missed an important call but my phone never actually rang and the call got took to voicemail. Is there a reason this would happen? Maybe to do with signal?
