    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

Was just on the phone for 35mins going round in circles. @ThreeUK were trying to get me to buy a pay as you go sim to transfer my number across & unable to cancel the contract for me so I’m paying for two.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I contacted one of your operators, but was only pointed to reset my phone, as there was nothing you could do about the poor signal in the area. Basically unless you improve your range, it's a waste of time having your service

What have I done to deserve this?If I never owe you during the contracted period and after roll over, why would I owe you 45 pounds for retaining the number.     @ThreeUKSupport Same contract was automatically rolled over without receiving notice from you. I called in after some months when I realised money was still being deducted from me , to cancel the contract. Call handler asked if I wanted to retain the number, I answered yes.

    @ThreeUKSupport I never owed you at any point in time during the contract and after roll over until your staff misinformed me of having to pay just 15pounds for retaining your number instead of saying for each month. I paid same 45 pounds one off as soon as I knew about it.

    Anyone who signs up to @ThreeUK is an absolute mug. Their mobile data coverage is utterly abysmal. I'm sure I'd get a better signal in a Mont Blanc avalanche. I've had around 9 months of shocking signal. Safe to say I won't be renewing my contract. Piss poor!
