The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.

Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here
