    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

    @ThreeUK Mrs has been trying to change her payment date for 3 months. You attempt to take it the day before payday. Attempted to change on the app - not worked. Customer service is poor when telephoning. Told can’t change due to ‘tool’ been down. Terrible service
