@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

@ThreeUKSupport EN1 4RQ. Also attempted to use at NG18 and N17 areas. It clearly isn’t a connection issue as all other apps and services work fine, and that’s 3+ locations I’ve tried it in.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

@ThreeUK is THE WORST network provider out there. Take my word for it. Been a customer 10 years and tried to upgrade my phone 3x this week and all been cancelled without any reason. They've had me on the phone for hours going in circles. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya, managed to sort it now. I have an iPhone 13 and when I changed the settings by swiping down my phone it automatically changed but when I went in settings it override it. All sorted now :)
