I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

Store assistant manager and customer sales advisor confirmed this and witnessed by four people - fortunately my colleague was also in store at a different desk too
