Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling wonβt help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

I selected the Β£10 a month option but I've been put on a Β£15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.
