    @ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s going on? I have submitted a formal complaint. I no longer have home broadband and now I receive this! From Three: Your Mobile Broadband account is overdue which means your services will be suspended if there's no payment made.

    @ThreeUKSupport Now the the Three Home Signal has been switched off, I can barely get a 3G signal (one bar if I’m lucky)! How can I get it restored as I can’t rely on wifi for making calls?

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @ThreeUK COME ON! went for upgrade..ended up having to call loads to get my number sorted! Started me a business contract without explaining the issues of moving over number and now I have no data on my now fixed contract

    @ThreeUK is imposing a 7.8% increase on customers, in-line with January’s RPI. The RPI was/is extraordinarily high because of UK/world issues. When this all settles down and 3, hypothetically, imposes a more realistic 2% increase next year, will it reimburse its 5.8% windfall?

    @ThreeUK I've had no service all ******* month, your people keep saying 7 days, 7 days, 7 days then want to offer me 5 ******* pound off my bill after having no connection all month?? You said if I upgrade my box it will work better and still nothing. What ********!!!
