    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    Cannot wait for my @ThreeUK contract to end, worst network I’ve ever used. Brand new iPhone 12 and never have any internet outside of my house. Still got nearly a year left but if they aren’t keeping up their side of the deal surely they can release me.

    @TheShyG74162872 @ThreeUKSupport Likely building infrastructure as so many postcodes affected (rather than one or two masts). Their hierarchy got caught out before, withholding facts - often the support staff are none the wiser, they admitted this to me in the past. It's a pity, very corrupt org these days.
