    So I went to @ThreeUK today to upgrade my phone, but it’s not worth it. I may aswell buy them handset from @Apple and keep sim only. At least that way I can ditch @ThreeUK if their signal stays this bad...

    @ThreeUKSupport This is not about outage, it is about a broken webpage not allowing us to turn on the feature you advertised! I’ve been to support chat many times and provided all the info. No one cares or acknowledges the issue!

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018! Now no responsibly on your side after agreeing to credit my account as I have it in an email and writing

    Trying to get through to @ThreeUKSupport customer services on my phone is near impossible. Hung up after 15 minutes, 5 of those minutes the line was completely silent @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

    I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for over decade. Got my wife, uncle and friends to switch to Three, because it had best data plans. Now travelling for a year and my roaming is suspended. Way to go three. I have cancelled my contract. My wife will be doing the same.

    the wonderful @ThreeUK has left me stranded in Germany w/ no access to my phone number and they refuse to give me the code I need to transfer to a provider that will give me access, been on chat with them for TWO HOURS - their solution is for me to FLY TO THE UK to regain access

    @justfoxes @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I always find the Retentions/Cancellations team will have offers that general support doesn’t with all service providers. I managed to get my iPad tariff with O2 from 25GB/£20pm to 60GB/£8pm with one call (& was still in contract for 12m on old one)

    @ThreeUKSupport a lot of people including myself complaining of 4G signal outage in areas. Was told it was a issue that would be fixed on Tuesday. Is this a nationwide issue? Pretty annoying 4G has become almost unusable now for 2 days, with no prior warning.

    @ThreeUKSupport please sort out the signal at addenbrookes hospital Cambridge. It’s so bad, I have full signal but I cannot use my mobile data. This happens for everyone I know who uses three. There is an issue with the signal in this area.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently got a wifi box and new contract with my phone with you guys and I never have any wifi / 4G where I live (Redruth) Says it’s on however I can’t use anything or go online 😫 regretting changing networks!
