-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.
-

-
Alexey (@resoai) reported from Barnet, England@ThreeUKSupport All you need to do is to pass the information along with the screenshot to the developers to fix it. I’ve been to the chat 6 times already.
-
Carl Boyd : #FE #EdTech (@eLearningCB) reported from Enfield Lock, EnglandFYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

-
Brian Bowden (@zbmb90) reported from Stanstead Abbotts, England@ThreeUKSupport Now the the Three Home Signal has been switched off, I can barely get a 3G signal (one bar if I’m lucky)! How can I get it restored as I can’t rely on wifi for making calls?
-
Brian Bowden (@zbmb90) reported from Stanstead Abbotts, England@ThreeUKSupport What’s going on? I have submitted a formal complaint. I no longer have home broadband and now I receive this! From Three: Your Mobile Broadband account is overdue which means your services will be suspended if there's no payment made.
-
Charn💜💛 (@CMoney_x) reported from Enfield Lock, England@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate your engineers trying to resolve these issues but this has been ongoing since I joined 3 which was almost a year ago. It’s definitely not a problem that will be sorted today.
-
🎃🕸️Join the Euro & Schengen🕸️🎃 (αngus) (@hibouxchouette) reported from Enfield Lock, EnglandToday's joint winners of the award for most reprehensibly shit customer service are @FT and @virginmedia. @ThreeUK lose out by a whisker.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
lornieloulpd (@lornieloulpd) reported@ThreeUK my internet keeps crashing and I am working from home this is not productive for me I pay so much money to your company and I can’t even use the service
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
Antony Attree ☘️ (@AntonyAttree) reported@ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages, internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? What’s goin on
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
