Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Queensferry and nearby locations:

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.

  • adorexalaska super duper party millie x (@adorexalaska) reported from Garston, England

If I face right in bed I get 4g signal, if I face left I don't I get like H+ or whatever that is @ThreeUK can't u stretch ur signal like a cm more pls

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • stiplady Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

  • DanielCurry14 Daniel Curry (@DanielCurry14) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

  • scousemanblue Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK your 4g signal between Huyton L36 and Broadgreen L14 is shocking. Fix that before you try and sell everyone 5g

  • PajamaBookGirl BookGeekWearsPajamas (@PajamaBookGirl) reported from Liverpool, England

Imagine @ThreeUK had to reimburse you for the amount of time they lose signal.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something

  • misslornayoung Lorna Young (@misslornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi three! I need your help with some extra data please! I’ve upgraded my contract but looks like it doesn’t come into effect until next month 😢 Sent a direct message! Thank you!

  • scousemanblue Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK is there an issue with logging in on the app it won’t accept a new password created and I therefore cannot access the app

  • 1994JLawson Jason Lawson (@1994JLawson) reported from Liverpool, England

On hold to @ThreeUK for 36 minutes for them to hang up on me 🤨 boss way to get me to upgrade!

@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service

  • Geo1604 George Caulfield (@Geo1604) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK why is the signal so piss poor

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

  • adorexalaska millie x (@adorexalaska) reported from Garston, England

@ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a shitty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work

  • Flannybluebird Stephen Flanagan (@Flannybluebird) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

Rung @WaltDisneyWorld last night to fix a problem with my Disney experience account. @ThreeUK have charged me £38 for that phone call, disgusted, most of that time was being on hold too 😡😡

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

  • Lord_M00n José Antonio (@Lord_M00n) reported

@EE @ThreeUK need to improve their fixing times, they are very slow, but your price compare to three is double.

  • ShamPhat ShamPhat 🇵🇸 (@ShamPhat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. It's not a 'just today' kind of issue. Its been the case for the past couple of months. The amount of missed calls I receive because people can't get through to me when I'm home or near home is just silly. I've done a reset beforehand. Doesn't help.

  • Jestener_ Jestener (@Jestener_) reported

    @CFCOli_ @ThreeUK @ConnCFC It’s not bad, but I think «three» would be better

  • Birkan_Parlar1 Birkan Parlar (@Birkan_Parlar1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi the router works. Just doesn't allow me to connect to my Remote desktop at work which was working perfectly all year. Something has changed on your end as if I activate my VPN I can connect with no issues

  • nugsy14 ross murtagh (@nugsy14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport ur network coverage in Cheltenham is a joke worse network ever.

  • Stanley69450533 Stanley (@Stanley69450533) reported

What even is the point in having a @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport contract when it can't be used unless I'm connected to WiFi!!! It really really let me down today when I needed to make an important call regarding my kids. I was in a village not the middle of the jungle/desert!

  • skegnesspeer andrew turner (@skegnesspeer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t tried 3G but that doesn’t usually improve things here - can you give an indication of what long term means? Should I be looking for another provider? Will you be refunding me for loss of service?

  • woolyfrog74 david stokes (@woolyfrog74) reported

@EE Was with EE for quite a few years then sent a phone in to be repaired and it came back not only not repaired but even more damaged then refused to take the blame. Only problem with three is lack of signal around Wembley when there's a match. Rather be on @ThreeUK thanks

  • _CFCEd Ed (@_CFCEd) reported

@ConnCFC @ThreeUK Bruh your juice is gonna be mad wtf

  • nicgibney Nic Gibney (@nicgibney) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You’ve ignored my question many times. You’ve told me the Ombudsman will not look into it. And you have not given me@any info to escalate it. There was nothing on the page sent to me about my issues. I’m afraid it’s you that don’t understand Scott.
