    @ThreeUKSupport can’t update DD details online. Go onto app and says I can’t do it. Chat support is useless and takes 2 hours. Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport No they said confirmed receipt of the device but that the pac code would just be sent to me “when available” to be honest they were quite dismissive on the phone. I appreciate I’m no longer a current customer but I’m not impressed.

    @ThreeUKSupport NE1 4ST. Pretty much sums up your attitude that you can’t even be bothered to google the postcode for St James’ Park, as I just had to. Moreover, my friends on other networks don’t have the same issue on their networks that I have in yours. It’s gone on far too long - sort it out

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, many times only to have reset a million settings, take case off, move to another area. One of your ‘experts’ told me last time that the entire 3 network was down that’s why I got no reception. It’s an absolute joke.
