@ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The app is useless, I’ve been trying for 5 months to change my address on it and it just comes up “there’s a problem we know about.” Whenever I go on live chat they just say I’ve to do it on the app. How can I if it comes up with a problem each time. Help

@ThreeUKSupport Since three had issues with their network a few weeks ago I realised there was a problem. Overall I would say three months since service started to diminish. My first two years on three were excellent but since my latest renewal it’s not been as good.

Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@ThreeUK Customer loyalty deal that just isn't. New customers are offered the Mate 20 Pro at £40.00 per month (conditions applied) and a £49.00 upfront. Existing loyal customers pay more for no upfront charge cos of the charge added to the bill over the contract, 24 mth. Huh!
