All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
