The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.
