Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. Can't wait to cancel my second account

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.
