@ThreeUKSupport @intuMetrocentre I'm not joking...yous will be the death of my Godfather or he will end up in hospital then it turns serious...that's when yous end up in trouble and get the bad press yous deserve. Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

  • OfficialDicka
Darren Dixon (@OfficialDicka) reported from Leadgate, England

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

  • andrewkane80
Andy Kane (@andrewkane80) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Jesus wept, I can't even cancel the contract as you are currently trying to figure out, again, why the first order didn't work. Hopeless

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport He doesn't want to talk to any Indian Call centre worker. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

  • gloriasibz
GLORY. (@gloriasibz) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I understand the circumstances that are going on right now, it’s already difficult not being able to speak to an advisor over the phone. You can’t be dismissing a customer when they’ve contacted for help.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yous are an absolute disgrace of a company. Totally uncaring. I have my elderly Godfather here nearly in tears...i hope yous feel ashamed...ive had to sit him down as I'm worried he has a funny turn. I need a UK number now I am worried. #threenetwork

Laura.I.do (@LauraChrisp) reported from Cramlington, England

@ThreeUKSupport please reply to dm app still not working at all, pls can the presale codes be sent via messenger since can't access the app through no fault of my own

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport it’s Friday night and my data is slow af for no reason The network checker on your site says your currently working on a fix in the area but it’s said that for hours and not updated once

  • Mainstreamlive

I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out

    huey freeman (@80iishh) reported

I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
