I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.
