    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    Well on hold now with @ThreeUK 32 minutes to request a PAC code Durgesh what a joke service. @iD_Mobile_UK it took 10 seconds would I move back to 3 no chance.

    So trying to leave @ThreeUK really makes me want to leave @threeuk more long calls loads of stupid messages. Rude staff who cut you off and complicated pac code requests. #threetwoone #gone.

    @ThreeUKSupport after calling up for 4 days in a row, and spending over an hour on the phone each time, the problem still persists. Joke of a company 🙄🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife has the same issue as well in the same areas. The signal is just weak and slow speeds. It’s frustrating as I love the Go Roam but this is a pain

    @ItsTheWeeThings @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Don’t hold your breath. They will ask for your full postcode and then give you a load of excuses. even try to blame you phone or Sim, it’s rubbish it’s their network

    @ThreeUKSupport For the past few weeks, no 3G/4G and no enough signal for the calls - at home I have wifi, 4G never worked and I do wifi call because not enough signal as well (Aldgate East in London)

    @ladysimmy91 @ThreeUKSupport You absolutely need to ask for compensation. They’ve done it for other customers including me. Some customers have even been given 50% off each month because of the poor service they are receiving. Contact them urgently

    @portercarl1 @ThreeUKSupport There is massive problems at the moment. It’s been bad for awhile but seems to be getting worse. It’s while they’re doing their 5G upgrade, they’re now saying they’ll be issues for the rest of 2020 and beyond! And we are paying for the service!

    @andreaeardna @ThreeUKSupport Don’t let them tell you it’s your Sim or phone, it’s not. It’s their network. Loads of their customers affected just look at our retweets. Be prepared to get loads of feeble excuses from them
