@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

Over 10 years as a @threeuk customer and they want to charge me £2.00 per day roaming charges in EU. You can have this big **** right off for free.
